Loved it. Just sad to see they no longer have Enchiritos (spelling?) and hope they bring them back. Took several minutes for someone to come to greet me at Register, and they looked somewhat confused and frazzled in the back area and not even that busy. Had to ask for sauce because sauce packets area not well maintained.. but otherwise clean inside and a more homey environment than they use to have with what looked like updated decor. Very pleased.
Well I LOVE me some Taco Bell, if you actually get lucky enough to visit this location and place your order, without being told they are out of this, or don't have that, then you'll be one of the lucky few. Drive thru only and you should expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes in the line. Rude employees that don't like to engage or answer questions.
Normally I hate complaining about fast food places, especially during the pandemic, but this taco bell is something else. Every time I come here I do a mobile order, and ask for one removal on my burritos. Every single time, without fail they don't remove it. I have to go back and sit through the line a second time and tell them it wasn't made right. There have been multiple times where it wasn't even made right the second time. I will not be returning here again.
Nice drive thru person. Food was good. They didn't forget anything either (our local one always forgets at least one item per trip).
NOT fast food. They were in the middle of training a bunch of people, and obviously no one knew how to do anything. The trainer was exceptionally rude. I'm sorry I wanted to know what was taking so long for a couple of tacos, but don't yell at the customer. I mistakenly needed to get a couple of tacos...fast. The bad thing about their drive thru is once you are in it, you are STUCK. 12 minutes is when I finally asked what was taking so long. The guy at the window who was actually in uniform was polite and very nice. The other people were just milling around and drinking pop.
We definitely had a lot of modifications to our order and the people in the drive thru were super accommodating. We had some picky people in our car and really appreciate the hospitality. Better than my local taco bell
Long wait time, rude cashier and staff , four people standing in the drive through cashier area. 2 items out of 12 was correct . I went back to taco bell this is after driving all the way home. And was told they could not correct the order Because they didn't have a supervisor there to approve it I spent 33.10 and the could get the order right and refused to fix it even after they looked at my receipt to see it was wrong
EVERY single time I go to this location, something is wrong AND missing. I JUST left their store, now missing a 5$ burrito & two of my other items are incorrect as well. Tried to call 6 times & it says "your call has been rejected" this location is absolute trash! If I could give negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. It's seriously bizarre how they can continue to get things wrong time and time again. I've worked restaurant life myself & I promise you, it's NOT that hard to make food the way it's ordered and to check the bag before you send it out! Taco bell has probably gotten a good 100$ from me the past year out of items I paid for & either didn't receive or was messed up. Absolutely unacceptable!
Miguel was such a nice gentleman about everything. He has great customer service. Give this man deserves a raise. Overall was just super friendly and polite.
I'd give it 0 if I could I mean really I was there at 1:30 a.m. they close at 2:30 a.m. on Saturday but they always say that they are closed or they're out of everything that you want. I get working late can be boring but it's your job I honestly just don't want to give any business to this place anymore if these are the kind of employees that they keep I can only imagine how the stuff in the kitchen goes. So if you want my true opinion eat here at your own risk just go down the road about 5 more minutes and there's another Taco Bell more than happy to serve you with way better food.
