Just walked in after almost 10 hour shift to get a sandwich I said hello to one of the workers and was replied to with how many sandwiches are you getting not hello or how can I help you.He never smiled one time he actually had a scowl on his face like I was bothering him. You may want to send the guy with his hair pulled back for more training on customer service because he needs it. The other gentleman was quite courteous.If you are dealing with the public don't come across like you hate your job even if you do.People remember how they are treated.

They kept messing up my order
The food is what you'd expect from Subway. Only issue I had was when they charged me $1.69 for a cup of water. I thought that was a little excessive as it is the same price as getting a soda. The place does seem cleaner than most Subways. I will not be back though after being charged too much for a cup of water.
Fast food in Hamilton is just horrible
Asked for a little mayo on 2 tuna footlongs.....got gobs of it once we got sandwiches home. Associate wasn't happy to be there at that time, guess we pay the price.
Food wasn't toasted enough so it was cold but still.not bad
