First time going to subway and their online system wouldn’t let me use a gift card and a credit card at the same time. So my brother went in to order the food in person. We tried to order two specialty items and the worker proceeded to act like he didn’t know what my brother was talking about and that everything is customized. No specially made items. It made for a very awkward interaction for my brother as he was holding up the line while on the phone with me. I’m not there to see what options there are so I had to quickly jump back to their website and look up what ingredients come on the specially made item i originally wanted. Why did I have to do that and the worker not figure it out themselves? I wouldn’t hold a minimum wage employee to the standard of memorizing everything or having a test requirement to get the job but at least put up some cheat sheets in the store for them and make them aware of it…
I love subway...
Walked in subway and there was a Indian guy working and he was great. Positive energy and lots of Curiosity! He was the only one working and he helped about 6 people including me in a timely manner! Great guy, I enjoyed coming to subway today!
They don't know what amount is and we'll give you a sandwich that's just the regular toasted sandwich and then exclaim Oh! A melt! after they've made the sandwich while you're trying to explain to them that you want the Melt style sandwich so there's that
Turkey sub w bacon and Chipotle sauce is excellent. Staff is friendly. Newly remodeled inside.
Picked up a 6" sub last night, just one. The bread was stale on one end of the bun. It was dry , hard, and crumbled into pieces when I bit into it. The subway out in Ross can't make a sandwich , this one has stale ingredients. They offered to make me another one but me driving into a store twice and spending time driving back and forth from home to a restaurant is not my idea of a solution. I am having trouble finding a subway that can serve descent food. I will most likely just have to avoid the chain.
