Got two burgers from here one was a specialty so they had to make it fresh the second one was just a regular burger off their menu and the bun was hard there was barely any lettuce on it and it seemed like it had sat and it's rapper for probably 30 minutes before I ordered it everything was cold except for the one cheeseburger that we ordered this has come to be the norm at this restaurant... I most likely will not be going back
Been going to this sonic for years never had a problem. Today i dont know what the problem was ordered strawberry lemonade it taste like I had sprite with strawberry in it, burger was supposed to have no cheese it had cheese, Kids meal was cold. We went back to tell them it took about 15 mins for 1 corn dog we called to the lady as she walked away she just kept walking. CHECK ALL FOOD AND DRINKS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
Sunday May 15th at 2:50pm I pulled into the drive thru and left at about 3:10pm. There were only four cars ahead of me. I understand there are staffing shortages but when I got to the window four girls were behind the counter. One girl was working filling drinks and ice cream. The other 3 were standing around talking. I was taught in my fast-food days if you are not busy and the drive thru is backed up you go help the cook. I was in a short line for almost 20 minutes. Most of my time was at the window and all I ordered was a burger, fries, and a soda.
I ordered online, spent over $50.00, got home and my entire order was wrong. I tried calling and the phone rang once and went to a fax machine line. I called back and it rang and I got a voice mail. I left a message and never got a phone call back. This Sonic is terrible. It is not difficult to read an order from online and make it properly. What is wrong with people nowadays. How hard is it to do your job right.
Definitely over hyped the only thing that was good was our drinks we waited for the food about 15 minutes and everything was cold.i got a foot long the chili and the hot dog was cold my tots were hot but that's it my friend got the bacon on bacon double. It was cold so let's just say if they had a microwave outside for customers to use it would be great smh
The reason why I put a 1 because I really use to like it till 2 days ago and this is the reason me and a group of people ordered at the dine out side benchs and we was ordering we had to repeat the order like 5 or so times for each person and I asked for a water and I got a Sprite that tasted like no carbonation in it and a couple of our food was wrong somehow when we repeated out self to much so I'm definitely not wanting to go there anymore
I go through Sonic Route 4 in Hamilton. I deal with Joanne she is a great cook very nice and always respectful and says thank you. Lately I've been going through in the morning and a young guy has been waiting on me.I tell him a Diet Coke Light Ice . I pay and I say thank you and he just shuts the door in your face very rude . I get 7-8 drinks out of it open it up and it is 3/4 full of ice this has happened 7 times in a row. What does he not comprehend about light ice. I'm pretty sure he does it on purpose. I have talked to other people that go through there and they have stopped going through just as I am. Someday I might start going through again when he doesn't work there anymore. I hate to talk like the LEFT but it seems racial.Imagine that in today's society.
Special today is $1.99 Chili cheese footlong. They had no footlong buns so they substituted one regular. Barely any chili and next to no cheese. Mostly mustard. Do not recommend eating at this location!
The customer service is not very friendly. No smile no kind words. She threw my food at me practically. The fries tasted like they were refried. The icecream machine is only working at there descretion.
Had thri breakfast burritos for the first time. They were good!! I recommend the one with the bacon in it , it was so crispy!!
