I came here because I had a gift card. The staff was not rude but not polite either. Food was fresh but my personal opinion Skyline has no flavor. Even for free food it really wasn't worth it. To each their own.
Was greeted with a beautiful smile from what turned out to be my wonderful Waitress. She was very attentive and friendly (and easy to look at). The food was very good also.
I like Hamilton west side better. They have thousand island dressing for my salad and you don't. I only use thousand island on my salad so I didn't get one.
Every item is made to order, just the way you like it. Fast service, yet custom attention to detail. NOTE: THIS LOCATION IS ACTUALLY IN ROSS OHIO, NOT HAMILTON WHICH IS ONLY A MAILING ADDRESS.
From out of town, isn't a trip to Cinci without a stop (or two) at Skyline. Love it!!
Wish they had potato three ways all year. But food was good and fast to get. Great service.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went through the drive thru on Saturday early in the evening after being in baseball tournaments down in KY all day long. I was picking up food for my daughter. Ordered 2 vegetarian coneys. After getting home and giving her the food, she said there were hotdogs in them. I called skyline to report the issue, Tim answered, was pleasant and said the order probably got mixed up but placed me on hold. The “manager, “ Alaina came to the phone with an attitude/rude condescending tone asking what the issue was. I explained that ordered vegetarian conies and they were missing the rice and also mistakenly had hotdogs in them. Her response was “okay, what’s the problem?” I further explained what vegetarian meant and that a hotdog shouldn’t have been included because vegetarians don’t eat hotdogs. She was over the top defensive and was insistent that I ordered it incorrectly. I politely advised that we eat at different skyline locations often and this has never been an issue. She was insistent on arguing with me over these 2 vegetarian coneys that combined were < $6.00. I asked for a refund to my card and offered to take pictures of what we received. She refused and said they needed to coneys back before they could do anything. I was exhausted and explained that we left Ross at 6:30a and swung by Skyline on our way home (around 5p-ish) just to grab food for our daughter who had been at home and explained that I really didn’t feel like getting back out. I explained that we had to be back in Hebron, KY tomorrow morning and offered to take the coneys with us and swing them by on our way home the following day. Her response: “Then there’s nothing we can do. Our policy is that we have to have the food back the same day in order to do anything.” Aggravated with her lack of overall soft skills, unapologetic, rude, condescending and defensive attitude/tone as well as her refusal to compromise or attempt to make this less than ideal situation right, I asked for the manager. Alaina replied stating she was the manager. I asked who she reported to, she said the owner. I asked for the owner’s information she said she’s not allowed to give out that information and that I would need to call on Monday morning. Livid and almost speechless at this point I agreed to take the drive back to the store for the refund. I pull up to the drive through window, Alaina is at the window waiting for me. I hand her the box of the 2 coneys. She rudely took it and closed the window. I waited because I mistakenly assumed she was getting something together to assist with my refund. She came back to the window and said “ Do you need something else?” I reiterated that I wanted my money back for the coneys. She refused. Dumbfounded, I pleaded my case advising I paid the business for 2 vegetarian coneys, the coneys were wrong, I agreed to bring the coneys back in order to get the refund that she agreed to on the phone, I bring the food back, she takes it and then refuses my refund. I explained that means you took my money and gave me nothing in return and that is fraud/criminal. She rudely said she’s not permitted to give refunds- it’s against their policy. She said I’m just doing my job the best I can with what I have. I asked if she thought the issue is that her leadership does not provide her with the tools she needs to do her job well? I asked for the corporate contact information. She replied with, it’s in the website-you can look there. I asked her if she was trying to be overly difficult on purpose. She said she wasn’t. I asked her how old she was. She said 19. I offered her some advice and told her that her soft skills really need some work. She said she didn’t know what soft skills were. I told her I was not surprised and that she may want to read up on them tonight or before her next shift. I also advised that on my way back to the restaurant, I called the Colerain Skyline and asked what’s on their vegetarian coney and their response was rice, beans and cheese. All this over < $6.00 ??♀️! Calling corporate now
My son and I visited the Skyline Chili restaurant on US route 128 In Ross Twp , Ohio ..we each ordered and paid for a Large 3 way Chili and spaghetti , and a cheese Coney Island . Our waitress delivered the food promptly and refilled our drinks before refills were needed.
Came in on Wednesday, April 27th for the first time ever at this location. I have got to say this skyline was probably the best Skylines I have ever been to. I sat down and my server Olivia was very punctual and on top of things. I got a three-way and a coney. All the workers had a great personality and I was chatting with Tim and Melissa while I was checking out and they were outstanding personalities and were very friendly to talk to. The young lady who cashed me out was a pleasure to talk to as well, I didnt get her name but she had a grey shirt on. Overall, one of the best skylines ive been to and would love to visit again.
My Wife and I stopped in to eat. The Employee's were very friendly and they did an Excellent job on waiting on us. It didn't take but maybe 5 minutes to get our food.I highly recommend this restaurant. Very family oriented Excellent atmosphere. If you want a family restaurant this is the one lots of room.. This is one of the cleanest skyline restaurants I've visited.
