The food was delicious, the customer service was excellent. They have a variety of food on the menu which can be served in a bowl or burrito. All the ingredients are fresh!!!

The customer service was decent. The food was greasy and mostly tasteless. What I did taste wasn’t good and left me feeling queasy. I threw it away. Two bowls and two sides of tempura shrimp for $45. Never again!

So I went in around 4 PM, the place was empty with a TV playing. There was an employee who was polite, working behind the station where they built the bowl or burrito. I ended up just building my own bowl with rice, grilled tuna, cream cheese, green onions and romaine. It was very tasty. I do have to say the atmosphere was not what I was expecting as it was a darker space for sure. I would eat there again but not very frequently as it was a bit more then what I would like to pay for the quality.

I used to eat here everyday, loved this place. But not only did they raise their prices and food got worse. It’s honestly a complete let dow. looks like Dancing roll in west Chester it is

I love the place. I’ve been coming since it opened. I enjoy it. What I don’t enjoy is people sloppily putting the food together, and also forgetting to even communicate with the customer about what they want and then just putting random stuff together. I don’t ask for a lot, except what I pay for. When this place first opened up, the plating was amazing, the service was amazing. The food was delicious. I definitely dont get that anymore unless a manager is on shift. It makes me want to stop coming. Because it’s not what it was.

Food was good but the man taking the order shouldn't be ? customer services his attitude was horrible and was a matter a fact. Talker..it was my 1st time going here n TO get that kind of service was terrible.. It had a little smell in there too that wasn't pheasant pleasant..i rated 1 even though the food was a 5 because NOONE will go 2 where they aren't respected

This little place does not get enough credit...they are similar to a chipotle but with sushi.. you select your items they put it together and your out the door. Good food, and great price for the amount and the staff is great! Try it!!

Food is great and I’d give it a nine. Service SUUUUUUUCKSSS. The guy taking the order was very rude, and rushed us and everything time we said an item in the roll he’d ask “anything else.” He mumble and it was very difficult to understand him due to mumbling. I’ve never been at this location, I even explained we’ve never been here and he responded with “anything else?” We we’re the only people here and it was during the middle of the day.Great environment, very clean, tvs are huge.If it weren’t for the guy taking the order I’d give it all stars.

I had previously rated 5 stars. Honestly, if you'd asked me shortly after they first opened, I'd say they quickly became one of my favorite restaurants. However, as time has gone on, they've cut costs and corners here and there. Little things at first, but then it just got worse and worse. Now, every time I go it, the place is an unsanitary mess with rude, poorly trained staff, and either ingredients I love having "just run out" and "will be there tomorrow" (including all beverages except Diet Coke), changed for an inferior (possibly cheaper) option (avocado slices subbed for avocado mush), or having been outright discontinued (cilantro and eel being good examples). This is in addition to the fact that the rolls keep getting smaller (either because of lack of things they should have, and also smaller portions) and messier (less skilled hands rushing despite fewer customers necessitating that). Seriously, despite having less in them, they still just fall apart because they’re not built properly. On top of that, they keep introducing poorly conceived gimmicks, like their “chocolate chip eggrolls” (which was 90% unsweetened cream cheese) or “sushi doughnuts” that I was unable to even try because they were out of masago. The worst of all is that the place just isn’t clean anymore. It always looks dirty, staff seem to rarely follow safety measures, and I (and many of my friends and family) have gotten frequent food poisoning shortly after eating there. That’s always a risk when serving raw food, but they used to be interested in reducing that risk. Now, they just don’t seem to care. Not to sound like a Karen, but on more than one occasion I have stood at an empty counter waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even notice me because they have a door sensor that never actually seems to work. Hell, whenever I *do* get served by anyone, very, very rarely are they the friendly people that were there near the beginning. The employees seem to be trending younger, more poorly trained, and I never see the same face twice. Honestly, I don’t blame them. I can’t imagine the pay is very good if there are so many other places where quality had dropped.I get it. The pandemic’s been rough on everyone and clearly they’re not bringing in as much money as they had been. I’m not going to assume this is greed. But cutting corners will eventually leave you with nothing. Actually, that seems like what’s happening. It’s like a death spiral. I used to eat there multiple times week for lunch, but as corners got cut, I ate there less and less. To now, when I only go in just hoping they’ve pulled their act together… and nope.If everyone else is like that too, I can see why they’re losing money. But also, I’d be willing to pay a couple bucks extra per order for things to go back to the way they were… and if me and their most loyal customers aren’t willing to do the same, well, maybe the business just isn’t viable anymore. Either way, it’s sad; but with the way things are now, I can’t go back. Maybe things will improve, or maybe there will be something new in that spot soon (like the countless restaurants before Roll On In). I hope it’s the former, but I expect it’s the latter.(Also, please straighten the menu monitors. Have some pride in yourselves).

I’ve not always had a great experience at this location but this time was different. Today, I received great customer service and excellent food. Thank you for doing an exceptional job!
