Horrible experience. Ordered a hoagie. Waited about 20 minutes for it. Came out wrong. They remade it. Took about another 15 minutes so the person I was with had already ate their food. When they brought my hoagie out again it was wrong again. Asked for my money back. Was treated rudly and told it was my fault it was wrong. And then told it would take 3 days to get my money back. I would have been able to just let it go and just ve like stuff happens. But to be told it was my fault qhen they confirmed with me multiple times what my order was is wrong. So a waste of an hour and didn't even get to eat anything. Will never get my business again.
Best steak sandwiches on earth. My whole family and I are life long customers.
Consistently poor experiences with this location, unlike on Nilles. If they're not forgetting parts of your order they're losing the whole thing. I came most recently and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the two employees in the back made eye contact with me several times each, but both continued to walk around minding their business without acknowledging me in any way. I considered walking behind the counter and just taking the pickup pizza I knew was mine, but instead finally yelled "hello?" At which point the woman came over to help me. What's the point of a chime on the door if the employees ignore it? And looking at a customer clearly needing assistance with no acknowledgment is not good service. This was my third bad experience in a row here and it will be my last.
Food was ready exactly when they said it would be done, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, even when reheated the next day. Definitely plan on coming back
Not sure what happened when the youth took it over or sold it or whatever but the steak sandwiches just ain't the same what a shame me and my family have been eating at Richard's for 40yrs why would u mess with a good thing ?
I have loved Richards Steak sandwiches as long as I can remember. Yesterday we stopped at the Trenton location and we had Chris as a server. He was very attentive and kind. Best service I have had at Richards.

Best chicken bacon ranch pizza in the metro area. Not too greasy. Fast. Pretty high in price.
