Ordered to go for the first time !! I live a block away from the hamilton ohio store . My order was pulled pork sandwich on garlic bread, cheese fries and salad . Chicken dinner with mac cheese baked beans with corn on the cob and a piece of pecan pie . Get it home . Salad was box full of lettuce , no pecan pie and sandwich wasn't on garlic bread. Call to complaine and talk to manager Mike. Conforsation started fine untill I was bit up set by his demeanor over the phone. He hung up 2 times . The third phone call was him answering as marry . Hung up again once I called him out on it . 4th call Mike was gone . Explained my frustration and made a complaint to corporate office . Waiting for a response . Food was sub par . The disclaimer says satisfaction garuntee. We shal see . Not sure I will eat here again . Sad service is like that at some places !!!! Salad was lettuce and very dry. Chicken not too bad but dry . Sandwich was. Terrible !!!!

From start to finish...pure excellence. I was greeted and served by Abby. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She done a great job. I tried the baby back ribs with baked beans and slaw. They have several different sauces...I tried the tangy first...good...then the sweet...even BETTER! Oh my wow! I am picky about rib flavor. It was love at first bite. I was full, but a little upset when I emptied my plate. Good job Abby and Rib City Grill!!
It was our first visit and we were disappointed. We will not go back. Service was terrible. 3 different people out of 4 visits to our table. Brisket was bland. No smokey flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was cold and dried out. The potato salad tasted spoiled. No idea way they have 2 bottles of bbq sauce on the table. We couldn't get anyone's attention for anything. We even told the person that brought the bill we were not satisfied and she acted like I didn't say anything. Better choices in town for the money.
Everything was bland, the only thing that had flavor was the sauce. If salt is seasoning they didn't even use that. Fries were so dry and plain, the portions were small for the prices, and I've never been so grateful to had carryout because I had to season everything at home. I would never eat here again or recommend this place to anyone, they should be ashamed of themselves.

My daughter and niece both had a play together tonight. So alot of our family came out with us, 17 in total. After the play we went to Rib City to their front party room that we reserved. Within minutes the owner came into the room and told us that he's sorry that he's slammed because he's down 2 waitresses and a cook and he was the one cooking. He was super nice about it and we let him know we weren't in a rush. He said he'll do his best. Within 20 minutes our food was out, everything was correct and all of it was delicious. For all 17 of us!! Super nice people, nice facility, great food. We'll definitely be going back.
