I ordered pizza at 5:38 pm on 4/9/22, was given 93 to 108 minutes before delivery. Delivery time came and went. I called the store, was told 20 minutes, that time came and went, called again and was told 20 minutes, waited an hour, still no pizza. Called again on the so called manager was extremely rude and yelling at me, plus she hung up on me. Didn't receive the pizza until 8:10 pm. It was cold, no flavor plus what little flavor there was it tasted like the cardboard box. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never go back to this location.

Terrible. Jason the “manager” is a drunk. He treats employees badly and NEVER calls customers back. You can’t get the franchise owners phone number either.
My thin crust cheese pizza was a beautiful golden brown color and it was hot and crispy. My family absolutely enjoyed it! I also added an order or spicy garlic boneless wings. They were also hot and delicious.
The pizza was old and cold. The boneless wings were hard. I eat here often and its normally good but last night was bad.
Est. Delivery time was 50-60 min. From order time to arrival was 2 hrs 40 min. Food was luke warm at best and I was missing sauce I paid for. Not happy at all
Almost everytime I order a drink, it never comes with the order. This time was no exception. However, that employee did drive back and bring some two liters with him.
