I am not one to complain but i an upset about tonights order ! I ordered a medium pan pizza and some boneless chicken wings . The pan pizza was shaped in a square shape it was missing sauce on all four corners and cheese and it was burnt pizza dough, not to mention the chicken had barely any sauce and was hard as a rock totally over cooked. If you’re going to change the style of your pan pizza I think you should let people know I may just not eat there anymore
I placed an online order for delivery. After an hour and a half, I called to see where the order was because I had received the text saying it was on its way. Twice I was hung up on. A third time I got through to their call center. The lady verified my name, number and address and repeated my order. She stated my text was correct, my order was out for delivery and I would have it within 5 minutes. 30 minutes later STILL no food, so I continue calling the store itself. I finally get ahold of the same person who had hung up on me prior (same voice, same exact line of answering “hi, Pizza Hut on main”). She informed me the call center was a liar, they had my order ready an hour ago but for carry-out and that this has been a reoccurring issue. I only live 3 minutes from the store so I was frustrated because I would’ve went and picked it up way sooner had I known! However, I double checked my receipt from online ordering—which showed delivery, an estimated time, and the $5.25 tip I added for the driver. I also checked my text that said my order was out for delivery. I showed both to the manager when I went inside to pick it up—she argued with me that that wasn’t her fault and nothing she could do about it. I asked her to remove the tip and fee, she said she can’t do anything about it and on her end it showed that I placed a carry out and I left that tip for the workers inside. I again state that I myself double checked the delivery, that I called several times and even the lady at the call center verified I ordered delivery and confirmed my order and address. She stated they have no way of contacting call center—and that the lady lied to me on the phone. I said, oh, okay, well I was hung up on the two times I got through to the store to verify my order so I had no other option but go through call center. She said there was no way I was hung up on, that she—the manager—was the only one answering the phone all night. I said yes, I know, it WAS you and your voice; I even heard it as she answered a call when I walked into the store. She said that was impossible, she had only been there “30 minutes,” yet told me she had been there and the only one answering all night ????? She then proceeded to raise her voice at me, tell me there was nothing she could do and that these things happen often within their system and she had a similar experience when she was working at the Symmes location last week. Obviously, she is a reoccurring issue. I was very disappointed with the refusal to comply and remove my tip and fee when I had so much trouble with them and the order. She was rude and unprofessional.
Worse customer service ever.... Placed an order today as shown in pic and it says its going to take 235-245 mins for delivery. Since when does it take almost 4 hrs to delivery a few pizzas? I called and was on hold for 23 mins before i was able to speak to someone and the guy in the background was rude af. Telling me its coming out the oven now we only have 2 drivers and that its coming. For 1 you dont have to be rude about it all i simply wanted to know was why it days its going to take dam near 4 hrs to get my food. I dont think i will ever order from them again definitely not with that type of customer service. The lady that answered the phone was rude as well as the manager named Margo.
They are consistently inconsistent with delivering food. Have no problems taking money out of accounts, just for the store to be closed, not working or some other janky excuse. Yes, ordering within Covid hours. Food is good if it ever actually shows up!
Hire decent managers. No way I'm ordering from there again.
Had a very long day so I ordered pizza and wings for delivery. A hour past delivery and still nothing. No one would answer the phone or at least tell me an updated arrival time then finally my phone rings and I had left to go get food I gave up waiting to a mean man saying he was outside my door with over an hour old food I told him I no longer wanted it and he just hung up on me. I've never had such horrible service
Delivery took 2 hours to get and then it was cold.so get more help or better workers. It should never take 2 hours to get fast food also when I live like 10 minutes away
This place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed my order at 5:35. I waited over 2.5 hours for my order to be delivered. In that time I tried 6 times to contact someone to find out where my order was. It didn't matter what option I chose on their automated system... It just rang and rang. I spoke with the people who take the orders twice cause they were the only ones I could get to answer. They transfered me twice to speak to a manager. All I got was consistent ringing & the second time I was completely disconnected. After I FINALLY got my order... The store calls me & tells me that my order was listed as cash & that I hadn't paid for my order. I informed them that I in fact paid with my bank card & I confirmed that the money was taken from my account. So, when customers are calling to try to simply find out where their order is that was over $40... They can't take the time to answer the phone. But, as soon as it appeared that I hadn't paid... Suddenly that was important enough to contact me about. When I informed her that my order was delivered over 1.5 hours late... She was only full of excuses. I will NEVER order from this location again. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
The delivery driver was awful. It was 30° outside and she left our food on the porch without knocking. When I messaged her regarding not knocking she was very rude and claims to have knocked but blamed it on my television. However, I have a dog that was sitting right next to the door and would have heard her knock. The whole experience was very unprofessional.
I NEVER EVEN GOT THE ORDER! order at 5p and hear nothing till 7 when I have to call... and they try to push the blame on me for wondering why I am callign!?!?! the absolute WORST pizza place in ALL of hamilton! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!
