Great sandwiches, mediocre customer service and high prices.
It was very busy on the day I went! Yet the manager managed to give great service to every head in the building that was buying food! You won bud.. great job!!
Worst Penn station I’ve ever been too no one there knows what there doing so they just walk around looking confused to look busy never going here again would get a no star if I could.

A little slow having orders ready for pickup, had to wait several different occasions for my order. Other than that it's always good food.

Unsanitary!!!!! This will be my second time coming here in the past few weeks hoping for improvement but unfortunately no improvement was made. You have employees eating in between customers which is no problem but also on their phone ,scratching their heads , wiping their faces and then Proceeding to make customers food without washing their hands once! After bringing it up to a manager the first time I expected for it to not continue especially being in the food industry and covid being so relevant you would think cleanliness and simple hand washing wouldn't be a problem and would be required, still hoping for improvement!!
BANGIN' FOOD!! Best customer service I've EVER had from all parties. If they're not making $15/hr- it's a shame cuz they DESERVE it.
They make a good steak and cheese sub, banana peppers address delish!
