If I could give this place 0 stars I would,I drive truck picked up a load in Villa Rica,GA ran it straight thru to Fairfield, Oh because I was told they would unload me but got here and was told it would be morning so I ordered from here and was told the driver would call me that never happened and he delivered my food to someone else so I didn't get to eat today I wouldn't waste my time or money on this place
Plan on cooking it at home. Ordered well done and I could still see unmelted cheese. Crust was so doughy you can stick your finger through it. Manager just hangs up the phone, if they answer at all.
Ordered pizza only to find out they don't have delivery drivers of their own anymore, now using doordash. Pizza took about 40 minutes to arrive from when the dasher picked it up, and as expected was cold.
I called in the order to specifically ask for pepperoncinos be left out of the box. They apparently do not know how to read directions in the notes!My daughter is allergic to these so it was important for them to follow simple directions!!!
4rth time messing up our order! Done with this establishment. Also, there pizza chaged dramatically! The pizza is nothing but bread and the sauce tastes like pure sugar ? this company is going down hill! Just spend the extra bucks and go with Donatos or Chester's!
Pizza here was about what I expected. Decent but not great. I've never had their stuffed crust before but I would say its better than a normal pie. Crust was slightly too burnt for my taste as well.
Their stuffed crust pizza is amazing! The employees are very friendly and always greet you with a smile and enthusiasm. They are also very good at keeping to the time. Usually if they say it'll be 15 minutes, it'll be ready in about 15 minutes if not a few minutes early. I would definitely recommend.
Canceled the order. Manager confirmed my food had been done sitting in the window for the last 30 minutes but was waiting on drivers. Told me it would be at least another 40 minutes after waiting over an hour after being quoted 45 minutes online. NO ONE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE
I’m new to Hamilton and I’ve been ordering from this location for about a month now. I’ve been very satisfied with the speed and quality of the food every time. Definitely will be ordering from here again very soon!
This place Deserves a 0 star rating Is order a pizza wings and a brownie cake This evening online the pizza was supposed to be cut in squares The food gets here I pay the driver get it inside the pizza is not cutting squares the 2 topping ingredients are all thrown in the middle of the pizza I mean come on you you've been making pizza for how long and you can't put the ingredients even around the pizza like it's supposed to be Called the place back to complain And told them I am not eating this pizza they can send another one here And I am going to take a picture and send it to the corporate this pizza should never have come to my house Then the manager decides he wants to hang up So I had to take the pizza back to the store with everything And they're looking dumbfounded like they did nothing wrong I would never recommend this place stay away
