Honestly, I have to leave a review to warn others - I don't know if there's a problem with hygiene, or maybe with leaving food product out of the fridge overnight, or, more than likely, allowing vegetables to touch raw chicken wing meat in the walk in fridge then serving them on pizza, but I got bad food poisoning after eating a pizza from this location yesterday. the staff was nice, but the food poisoning was not. I had to stay home from work today because I was so sick. How do I know it was the pizza from this location that gave me food poisoning? because I fast for 12 hours a day and only eat a protein bar for breakfast prior to starting the daily fast, and then something 12 hours later for dinner - the pizza from this location was the item I ate for dinner. In short, it was the only food I ate after 12 hours of nothing, so I know it was the pizza that gave me food poisoning. maybe order from another location, or just make pizza at home. overnight pizza dough is really easy to make in your food processor and leave in the fridge. just buy bread flour and you're good. it turns out really well - that's what I'll be doing in the future. I never eat fast food, or cheap restaurant food, so I guess this is what I get for doing so - food poisoning immediately. Ima just go back to eating my safe, clean food at home, thanks.
Called my order in for pick up, got it home and the pizza was totally wrong, ordered other things as well which were correct, call to complain. Without any hesitation the manager offered me a credit for my pizza. A few days later we called in our order for the credit on our pizza and they had remade our entire previous order for free. They were very apologetic and super nice! Mistakes happen everywhere, it’s how that business handles there mistake that makes them stand out as a good place to go. Papa Johns on Main Street in Hamilton went above and beyond to except there wrong and make it right. I was very impressed with them. A side note: the food was fresh and hot! Strongly recommend them for that pizza crave!!!
All the deliveries are through DoorDash they left my food outside didn’t knock or anything 30 mins for me to realize they just set in on the step
ordered garlic bread and got plain bread ... when i called to complain he said I should have asked for garlic and butter ... like it was my fault .. never again

The General Manager Tim told me to find another pizza place because they can’t make sure that your order is correct even when you tip good! If I wanted to eat my breadsticks with no sauce I wouldn’t order extra, it’s like ordering a salad and not getting your dressing! Duh! Never ever will return to papa johns! We stopped for awhile because this happened before but I thought give them a chance because like Tim said rudely they are human, but every time I have ordered from them something is wrong so Tim the GM obviously isn’t doing is job!

To this day, Papa John's has never disappointed me. Considering that I'm in my mid-30's; that's over 3 decades of satisfaction!
We ordered a pizza at 7:11 ! Took them 14 minutes to take the order! Was told it would take an hour at 8:40 we called was told we were next for delivery! At 9:30 I called asked to speak to a manager got hung up on! Got in the car drove down there was given every excuse but the truth! At 10:11 finally got the pizza! This is my second bad experience with this papa Johns! I personally will never use them again! They had 3 delivery drivers and about 7 or more employees working! This should have been enough to handle the work load!!
