I heard a lady near me talking about how the soup was smaller and so after using my high powered photographic memory I recalled how they were bigger bowls! To help others with their memory, here is a picture of the new vs the old. As you can see the new is more of a conical shape where as the old was a deep cylindrical shape. So now, after spending higher prices for smaller portions, I can't go back to any Panera any more. It's just not worth it.
The food is quite good in quality, albeit a bit pricey. The pick two menu option allows one to try different soups, salads, and sandwiches without having to go all-in on something new. The staff seems to be younger every time I visit. Without stereotyping, housekeeping seems to be maintained less diligently with each visit as well. I had to add my dirty dishes to a precariously stacked Jenga pile, and I let two counter staff know the frequently-used garbage bin was full to over-flowing. Try to stay busy please.

This location is ALWAYS “closed” online so you can never place an online order. I don’t have this issue at any other Panera.
BRIDGEWATER Fairfield Township location has The most unprofessional clueless employees I have ever met. When you repeat your order three times and you pay for the order yet every time when you pick your order up it is wrong. Unacceptable. Will never go back to that location again.
I had been trying to call to place an order since 7:45pm figured it would be no problem but after two phone calls and they were both disconnected. So I drove to the location, since it was suppose to be open until 9:00pm, doors locked, lights on and all employees in back just hanging out. So won’t be coming back to this location and I’ll be sure to let my employer (Trihealth) know since that’s who gave all employees a gift card. Thank you
Always check your Togo order before you leave. Constantly missing something everytime. This time I got screwed out of a breadbowl.
I like the food, Panera is letting card reading in there business premises and this a family place to eat.If you guys don’t see that is very disrespectful for our children I do.I went the manager and report and it look that they only care it’s only the money.There s other places.Worse thing was the person reading the cards asked me.I’m very cleared on my believe. I believe in only one God. Jesus Christ.
The Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwhich is good and the Madagascar latte is amazing.
Great menu items EVERY time! Delicious, hot, good portions too.
