My favorite pizza since I was very young.
Paid for extra sauce and cheese on pizza, cheese didn’t even cover pizza. Steak sandwich pattie looked like it was boiled in pan of water. It was pale, no flavor or seasoning at all. Sandwich itself was soaking wet. Bottom of bun fell apart so wet. Worst steak sandwich I’ve ever had from anywhere. Dogs enjoyed it. I think the pasta sauce has changed also. Just kind of bland lately. The pizza bar has dropped in Hamilton. Counting days for Vitales to open. So sad. Cannot recommend anymore unless quality and service improves.Since I can’t reply I had to edit. I didn’t call because I didn’t want to bother with it. My experience as displayed by your response is just to claim I’m wrong and just bad mouthing you. Why after all these years as a customer would I just make something up out of the blue? I couldn’t even pick it up. The bottom just fell apart. I’m not trying to get a refund or anything. Glad that you basically just call your customers liars when they complain. Proving my point why phone calls are a waste of time. And in response to your smart Alec comment. I’ll be glad when Raymond’s opens. Have a great day ?
I got a personal size pepperoni and bacon pizza, breadsticks. The sauce on pizza was great and flavor all together good. I like a little bit more crispy crust, but love they still use the old ovens and not a conveyor belt. Breadsticks were a little hard...
I’m disappointed in my pizza. Looks like they started using canned mushrooms and biting into them feels slimy. I love mushrooms on my pizza, but these turned my stomach. Sad times…

I ordered a large pie. The toppings were scarce on the outside of the pizza where the crust was actually good. The middle of the pizza was extremely thin and loaded with toppings making for a greasy, inedible pie. The steak hoagie was undercooked to medium. The hoagie roll was outstanding without the meat.This was my first time here. I was craving Richard’s or Chester’s but figured I’d finally try another local spot with history. I feel like a 3 star revue is generous for my experience but I would hope that their pizzas are usually made better than this. If you’re in town looking for some good Hamilton pizza, get Richard’s, Chester’s or All8Up.
Great pizza, great everything!!! I've been told the employees make bare minimum wage. Normally I would never support a restaurant who can't treat their employees decently: if a place can't pay a respectable wage they shouldn't be in business period... So I always leave a 5ver in the tip tub... Such kind nice hard working employees
Tried to order dinner at 8:20, was told it was too late. ??? Seriously , post proper hours and be open when you say. Long time customer, no excuses on this one!Sorry for the review but you have no other contact on you site.Still hungry.....
We love their ravioli, lasagna, and meatballs. Their home-made bread is the best in town too.Wish they offered delivery services and would update their menu to reflect which items they no longer offer and their current prices.
Okay pizza for the price just bad customer service and they can't admit their mistakem
