I would have given 2 stars, but everyone seems to be shorthanded these days. I'm sure this location is, too. The problems: the place just wasn't clean. The floor in front of the counter was so greasy that I actually had to make an effort to keep my feet from slowly sliding apart. And i was wearing new grippy-soled sneakers. The fountain area was covered in puddles of various soft drinks and debris. Service was slow. I actually had to ask if they were taking orders before I got service. When I pulled in, the drive-in line was about 2 car lengths from the street so I went inside to order. There were 2 people ahead of me at the counter who had already ordered. The car that I noticed had what would have had my place in the drive-through line pulled out before I got my food. The good news: my order was hot and correct. I watched the staff while I was waiting and everyone there seemed to be hustling so it wasn't like they were goofing off. The woman who waited on me was pleasant enough, but seemed to be feeling the pressure. I was there at about 1:15pm on a Wednesday.

Almost everyone that works here for the most part acts like they hate their job and life. Got breakfast this morning and the first guy was actually very sweet but the second window the kid was a punk and rude. The work ethic anymore is really pathetic. You work with the public, the least you could do is smile and say good morning or hell even say have a good day, but instead he says nothing and has an attitude about a drink THEY messed up and no sorry, no nothing. LOL! The food was hot though so hey at least there was that.?

I usually only ever go to McDonald’s for their breakfast, and when I get it before work I typically go to the one in Liberty Township. This one was a bit closer to where I was on my day off, so I ordered using the app, like I typically do. The app suggested to do curbside pickup rather than the drive thru, so that’s what I chose. When I pressed the “I’m here” button on the app, it took about 9 minutes to get us 2 meals, a pack of apples, and three extra hash browns. The girl brought out our order, and my husband and I both said “Thank you!” to her. She just awkwardly stared at us, didn’t respond, and then walked away. Won’t be back to this location. Employees make enough $ to provide some kind of customer service, and besides it’s just common sense to have manners in the service industry. We were perfectly pleasant and appreciative, and didn’t complain about our wait. Can’t imagine how she treats or reacts to folks that actually express their concerns or frustrations. I know when I made $7.25 an hour in food service I was still polite and friendly to ALL of my customers. This place is not it guys.

Today around 4 pm I came through your drive thru to order food for myself and my 2 girls. For some reason my credit card wasn't working. My girls were so hungry and your manager without a seconds hesitation gave me the food. She didn't know that I'm a single mom. She didn't know I'm a veteran. What she did know was that my 2 babies were hungry and that was enough. I've had a very hard time lately and her kindness and generosity was greatly needed and much appreciated. . So thank you to that manager and I'd think McDonald's is lucky to have her.

I pulled up to the window to pay, I handed the gentleman $3.25, my order was $3.19. He didn't see my order on the screen, so he asked me to confirm my order. I told him and he asked the trainee, who was too busy on his cell phone to confirm that he did or didn't enter my order into the computer. Then I waited for my change, the gentleman told me he couldn't give me my change bc he would have to open this drawer and that couldn't happen until he "rings out the next person in line." So I said, you are ok with keeping my change and he grinned and said Yeah! When I opened my wrapper my biscuit was hard as a rock and just not good at all!

Food was messed up. Took forever to fix. You can't even put extra pickles on a double.Who orders a fish with no tartar?Pop machine miss flavor. Got a pie an it was old look at my pictures

This Mcdonald's is terrible. The line is always slow. The people working there are rude. The fries are usually cold and undercooked. It used to be you could get good service at breakfast and lunch but even that is no longer the case.

Great service. Fries were hot and salty. Nuggets were hot and fresh. 1125pm drive thru. Well done

This McDonald's always has so many employees in the building but only 5 of the 20 actually work. There is a worker that deserves a over the top award for her service and dedication to cleaning the store and making it presentable. . the bathroom is not her fault she was only one cleaning and I mean intense cleaning when 4 different managers asked her to clean the bathroom right away. Instead of these managers cleaning the mess up or getting this lady help to clean them up... These bathrooms was so gross and in front of store no customers no one in drive thru and I counted 7 employees just standing around talking why this one individual was out in the dining room cleaning properly. No one else doing nothing. She is so polite and always inter acts with the customer to make sure they are happy with their meal. This young lady is the only positive thing this McDonald's has to offer

EDIT: HUNGRY AF BEFORE WORK AND THIS MACCAS DID IT AGAIN. BIG BREAKFAST WITH HOTCAKES NO HASH BROWN TO BE FOUND. IM BULKING AND NEED MY CALORIES BRO WHY YOU FORGETTING THE HASH BROWNS EACH TIME
