Id give 0 stars if i could. Worst McDonald's around. They nickle and dime you over everything. Want a soda with your breakfast meal instead of coffee. Thats an upcharge.Evening time is absolutely a nightmare. I went a week or do back and no manager was on duty. All kids inside with no supervisor. Food order was wrong. Called called and called to no answer and the doors was locked.STAT AWAY FROM HERE!
During 2nd shift hours my food is almost inedible. Dried out old patties, hard buns. It used to be a gamble, but these days it’s pretty much a guarantee if I’m getting food from them for dinner, it’s gonna be terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
I really don't understand why it's so hard to get an order correctly. The fact there was only 2 people including myself in the drive through.Do better
Everything on the menu is good Hamilton Westside is the only one I'll go to cleaner nicer people and buns r soft fries are usually always hot.on High Street I have gotten rudeness big Mac buns were hard as a rock manager was supposed to replace 2 big Macs 2 large fries and 2 large pops I go back the next day because we literally couldn't eat our big Macs the buns were so hard so we ate lunch meat for dinner because we were 2 exhausted to return that evening and they said the manager didn't note to replace like she told me she was while we were on the phone as soon as we got home 4 blocks away kept my receipt as she told me to still got lied to they're lucky I spend money at McDonald's period anymore not a whole lot more you can say about McDonald's ?
Excellent customer service and always hot food can be typically hit or miss with McDonald's... This one typically has all the great things that come with good customer service and good food... I know McDonald's was all of our favorites as kids sometimes it's nice to have it as an adult... Still my last choice but picky on which one I go to.
I know the people that work there don't have a dime in the food! So why would you hand cold fries out the window. I guess there worried that McDonald's doesn't have enough money.so they pawn cold fries off to customers. Sad! Hamilton Ohio w.s.
This McDonald's only gets 4 stars because of first shift. There awesome fast and reliable you get what you want without mistakes. But second shift is horrible there. Not only are they short staffed but half of them are lazy they will mess up the orders and it takes anywhere for 25 to 45 minutes just to get your food.
Worst McDonald's in hamilton. They have all teenage kids working who dont seem to be managed. They do what they want and say what they want, to who they want. Very disrespectfull and lazy workforce.
I've had several bad experiences with this location and today was the worst. I made a mobile order and it showed up on my bank account that I spent over $12 & the manager said it wasn't showing paid so I didn't get my food. I showed her my bank account where it was deducted!! BS !! I'll never go to this one ever again. Bunch of incapable workers and the female manager on duty tonight shouldn't be in a management position if this is how she handles it! (0 stars!!!)
