I just came through the drive thru and my order was simpler than actually making a cheeseburger. Number 7, two cheeseburgers plain just cheese. Large coke and chocolate sundae. The only thing they got right was the sundae. Been trying to call for the past 20 minutes to just get a credit and no one will answer the phone. The service is always slow, waiting for 10-20 minutes in line on top of the employee’s being lack luster at their jobs. They always need your order repeated and hardly acknowledge you. And you have to beg for a receipt, which I didn’t get. I don’t expect much from fast food but for it to be right and fast which this place is neither. I’ve been in food for 16 years and the service and quality are non existent. I’ll be calling again in the morning to get my money back.
I have just drove through that drive through at 1771 South Erie BoulevardMcDonald's and they served me a raw hamburger actually A Quarter Pounder.. I had already eaten half the sandwich before I noticed because I was driving and eating hadn't had a single bite all day. So I get up to the window and she hands me a Quarter Pounder out the window and looks at my raw sandwich and says ," I can't take that back into this store", made a face and shut window and walked away. I was not asked if I wanted a refund or if I even wanted to replace my sandwich. McDonald's received a huge Wth are you doing? From me. Discusting.
The most incompetent staff I've ever met. Worker handed me my food and dropped it on the ground and her and the rest of the workers proceed to crack up laughing and while laughing she asked if I wanted it remade, I said no because I had to get back to work but truly have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Tried to call to complain and no one answered, I'll be reporting to corporate.
Ordered a Big Mac no lettuce extra pickle and got a Big Mac with no cheese lettuce pickle just Mac sauce and like a handful of onion someone just threw on there would like a credit order cause like what even
How do you get an order wrong that has been placed on the app? After midnight it's what? Burgers, nuggets, chicken patties and fries?? My order said double quarter pounder. Only one patty. 2 slices of cheese. Only 1. Extra pickle was right but a mound wasn't called for.How were fries stale when a few cars went in front of me? Bread for McChicken was hard. And and my 10 piece... Sorry 8 piece tasted like it was put in the grease again.After being at children's all day and night I didn't need this. Thanks McDonald's but badabababa I'm NOT lovin'it!Ok and sauces and ketchup would have been nice. Especially since it was in the order. ???♀️
My coffee was Luke warm and it seemed they didn't put the amount of creamer and sugar in I asked for. I went back and they remade it.
The drive thru was so packed that I had to go inside and order. However the dinning room was completely empty so I decided to stay in and eat! The dinning room was filled with dirty tables and an unstocked condiment stand. The menu was vast but everything wasn't listed. The prices had gone up along with society. Not all of the menu items were listed along with not having the knowledge of the prices per item. I had ordered a quarter pounder because it was the only item that was reasonably priced on sale for 2 for $6. I was a little deterred at first because I remember the quarter pounder not being extremely appealable due to the meat tasting like soy meat. However to my surprise the quarter pounder was a lot smaller at first glance because the meat had changed but to my surprise it was extremely delicious, fresh, and tasted like a fresh hamburger right off the grill!!!
Not What I expected. The tea was a glass of ice and water. Asked for sweet tea light ice. Wanted hot fries but they were cold. Tried to call but they do not pick up. Do not have time to wait for something this easy to fix.
First complaint is waiting 10 minutes to Order food at the drive thru. Another 20 minutes to get my order. Then they got drinks wrong. Fries amd chicken nuggets were cold. Burger was nasty. Dont get me wrong, im not trying to be petty but this is not the first time. I do understand that they could be short staffed and im sorry for that. Customer is still paying for garbage. We will no longer deal with this store. We will go to a different Mc Domnalds. One that is not serving cold food
The place was very clean. Service was actually great. Polite workers, and food was fresh. Best experience I ever had there. Big improvement!
