Ordered from this location. They messed up my order. When i called them to have it remade they stated I never ordered from that location. I went back to my original order and confirmed the phone number and address matched. So I wasted money on food That was wrong.

The delivery store such as doordash Uber and Postmates are ruining the experience for small restaurants. It took them two hours to deliver my food that was said to be there in 30 minutes. I've lived in Hamilton 18 months and have been told it's hard to get an Uber out here. This is the truth. So I won't hold it against Marcos. With that being said the food tasted great but the wings were ridiculously small. I'll be going to roosters or frickers from now on. Again the food tasted great but the portions were tiny. Not worth my money.

I called to verify my medium pizza size as it looked very small. One of the slices was only about 3 bites!! He said they are 12". Well, this wasn't so. It looks like some kind of inflationary down-sizing. I like their ingredients but I won't pay the medium price for this in the future. I will go somewhere else for pizza or eat something else
OK so this review will surely beat the last one I left,,, after a while if poor service, loosy pizza, I get a coupon in the mail for a Xtra large pizza, so I asked mom would the elderly crew like to try Marcos again, they said yes, but go in and order it, so I did, and as soon as I walked in the total ORA, had changed and not one face from before, so I asked did someone clean house, staff replayed, Noone from then is here now, My reply was, YIPPEE, They greated me, nice smiles even the guys, way to go marco's team, what a difference and cleanliness to plus they made my salad right in front of me thank you Scott, the pizza was perfection, these women want a well done pizza, almost burnt, they were thrilled, everything was just amazing, I asked for the employees names because I saw a team, everyone helped out, there is never a I in team, thank you so much for making my mom's evening so perfect just a crispy pizza, she's so easy to please, COUDOS TO CARL, SCOTT, CHRISTINA AND NICOLE, I'll see you in a couple days for a delivery,,,,,,,,,, ANDREA COUTO
Last time I ordered a pizza, heaven took my order, it was to perfection well, well done crust, just amazing, I gave her 10.00 tip, the one I ordered yesterday was aweful, she wasn't there, so DISSAPOINTED, also wrong salad ordered a large Greek and got a small one paid 899, pizza wasn't crisp checked it before I left, wanted it put back in the oven and the guy working got a attitude so I said just forget it I'll take it home and put it in the oven if it wasn't my mother's I would of not got it at all, when I called to order for pick-up a new person answered the phone I asked him if I they had a salad big enough to serve 2,he said I can't handle these questions I'm new and gave the phone to the manager on duty who was very polite, just a bad experience all around,last thing I was getting ready to leave and the new guy wasn't even going to charge me, he said have a good day and I said aren't you forgetting something he looked at the receipt and said no, I said you forgot to charge me, yes I'm honest
