Food was no good every time I go there they get it wrong they seem they can never get right west side of Hamilton
The food was good and the service was quick.
Good service at counter3pc. Chicken, all fries all horrible....tasted like overcooked burnt grease..not one bite was any taste of chicken or fries..could not finish
Absolutely horrible!!. Fish had been sitting for quite some time fries were cold and hush puppies very over cooked. The guy at the window was not very nice. Cole slaw was good. I wouldn't have served my dog that meal. I won't go back.
Went there Sunday Night at8:30 PM.After I checked online and the front door says they close at 10:00 PM
We visited the Hamilton Ohio restaurant combined with KFC. We always get Long John's and last two visits the food had a funny old oil taste, and both fish and chicken were old and dried out. We gave it a second chance and won't be back. Such a shame because we loved Long Johns.
Good service..clean environment
This location for fish and any other food they have is horrible. Dripping in grease and old. The fish seemed to be laying around all day and fries was so saturated with oil . Will not be back
Fast and friendly
Just stopped in at this location for a carry out order. I ordered "By the Piece" for my husband and I. Two fish, one chicken, three shrimp and hushpuppies. I had been dreaming of the fish with malt vinegar all week long. We don't have a LJS location near our home in Lebanon OH, so once a month we have to travel to a Dr appt in Hamilton. We always plan to go to Long John Silvers on Geo. Washington Way. Last month, we got there about 1:45.The fish tasted greasy and old. We kind of figured it was "lunch leftovers". But, today we arrived at 4:30 pm. Hoping that they were prepared for the dinner rush, we were excited about hot, fresh crispy fish and shrimp. Nope! Again, we received greasy, refried product that appeared to be lunch leftovers reheated. Truly awful. We picked the grease soaked batter off and ate what we could, But it was NOT good.We LOVE Long John Silvers. This should be an easy fix. Change the grease in the fryers. Throw out old product instead of holding it and refrying it. Keep your loyal customers happy and we'll return over and over again. Thanks for letting me vent.
