Love this place! The food is always.delicious! And the service is excellent!
When La Pinata's predecessor, LaCuezela, burned down, I was extremely saddened, as it was truly the only Mexican Restaurant that I loved! Going to La Pinata tonight, it has fresh paint, the adorably brightly picturesque chairs and benches. The music is traditional Mexican Restaurant music. There is a bar with quality liquors and three televisions. The service was very quick, our server extremely friendly and patient with us, and the food was excellent. My quasadilla was huge, loaded with steak. The fajitas were sizzling. The burritos were huge, with beans on one side and rice on the other. The chips, salsa and quaso dip were delicious and frequently replenished.
This was the worst mexican food we've ever had. If I could give it negative stars I would.We ordered queso and it was cold. I ordered a hard tacos and a chicken chimi. The rice and beans were bad. My tacos were ok but the chimi was not fried and it tasted really bad. The only thing that tasted good was the warm tortilla shells we got.

The food here is always delicious! The staff, however, is the actual highlight; they are awesome! attentive! super friendly and they make the whole experience worth it. We come here almost every Sunday, and since we always get the same thing, they have us and our food memorized! If I could give this place more star's I would.
Good typical Mexican resturant. Quesadillas are bigger and better than most. Daily lunch/dinner specials are a great value. I am fond of the fajita lunch special. With a soft drink it is only like a buck more than a burger combo but 100x better.
