Worst chicken I ever seen will never order chicken again there dogs didn’t like it over cooked dried out potatoes were fine 30.00 bucks out the door got it brookwood and Washington on west side Saturday 4-9-22 at6:12 pm Sean was cashier at drive thur . I give it 1 star because the girl smiled but I’m not sure she didn’t know. I did get more than 6 biscuits haha . Never again. My first time complaining publicly about anything.
I’ve worked at two different KFC locations. This being one about 13 years ago. This KFC used to be AMAZING! I don’t know what happened. After today, I’ll never eat KFC again. When I come through at 4:30-5:00, I expect fresh food. Not today. Everything looked like it was cooked this morning. The attitude of the two employees I spoke with were questionable at best. One girl in particular I can tell you has NO business in food service with that attitude. My boss would’ve fired her on the spot. Hands down. I used to love KFC. I can’t defend it anymore. I certainly hope it’s only this location and that much better standards are set at other locations. Oh and one last thing…. How do you call your new promotion “Bucket For One” but serve it all stuffed in a regular KFC box?
Pretty bad experience today... grabbed a 12 piece tender meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. Tenders were burnt to a crisp extra crispy. All the sides were fine but didnt receive my spicy chicken sandwich. And to top it off nobody in line in front or behind us. but she pretty much threw the bag in at us and slammed the sliding door. Not so much as have a nice day. Last time i visit this location!
Usually they'd get 5 stars from me but I ordered a 10 PC meal KFC and got all wings but 2 pcs and the Cole slaw tasted sour my biscuits were so hard i could have been a weapon doubt I'll ever go back n it was one of my favorite chicken restaurants!
The food is always old. Like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. The fries tasted frost bitI was there today and the fish was dipped twice the breading ways so thick and Soggy
For $30 I got the smallest chicken wings and 2 legs and one breath and a 1/2 eaten back It was the worst bucket of chicken of all times. And the instant potatoes were watery as could be. The coleslaw was the only thing worth eating I will post pictures of the scrawny chicken wings
I got a chicken sandwich here and unfortunately it was loaded with pepper. I can't stand pepper. We have eaten there before and sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's not so great.
I went there and ordered 2 - 2 piece meals one was both breast original and there was one original and one crispy and then mashed taters instead of fries with cole slaw the second meal was supposed to be extra crispy and of course it wasn't????
We paid to dine inside but they packed our chicken in boxes for carryout. The chicken pieces were very small and tough as jerky
I a 3 piece and I wanted a breast, Instead I received 2 thighs and a leg, still fresh and delicious
