Just walked in, others being handed their food.Large human with dark skin told me I can go order through drive thru.The lobby was closed, to me only, I took away.

We had to wait for a long time for our food and when we got it I have to say it was not good. The Cole slaw is just not good anymore. It's to dry and the mashed potato bowls from this location are really good either.
Chicken Was good and hot but they asked us to pull around to the front which we would have had to go out on Erie and back in
Best kfc I ever ate at food is amazing and workers are extremely welcoming and greets you right away. Highly recommend this kfc
Came through drive thru didn't get crispy chicken didn't get my Mac and cheese and my biscuit was hard or was there any hot sauce in bag spoke with manager he is kind of enough to fix my order tomorrow tonight I can actually say I'm very disappointed in this place
Ordered a Pot Pie, KFC Bowl a leg and a biscuit. Didn't get the biscuit. Double check your food even on simple orders.
Fast service. They always get my order right even when I order a lot of food. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.
I went to KFC on August 17th with a coupon for a 8piece chicken meal for 16.99 the coupons expiration date was not till November. When I got to the window the cashier refused to horror the coupon when I ask why she said the prices have increased and had not been changed on the board I ask when the increase happened she said several months ago. This is false advertising on their pricing. I told the cashier that has nothing to do with the Price on the coupon and why my coupon was not honored I paid 24.99 for my order that should have been 16.99. when I got home they had put four cookies instead of biscuits in my box the chicken was dry and cold I am so disappointed KFC had always been my favorite place to get food. I will not go again!!
