I ordered a beach club (the only meat that comes on it is turkey). I get home and there’s no turkey on it lol so I call back and ask to speak to the manager, the guy who answered told me he was the manager . I let him know what was going on so he said if I was close to come back and they would remake it . I said I’m not close so he said we can offer you a refund if you’d like and have the sandwich remade so I said ok. I drive back and the guy at the window stated he was the manager and that was his driver that I talked to so he can either give me a refund or make my sandwich but he can’t give me both??!!!! WHAT??!!! I’ve never experienced a more rude individual in my entire life and he’s the manager at this place ? Absolutely ridiculous

I'd give zero stars if I could.Store is literally a minute or two away from my house and my small order took almost an hour to get delivered.$10 sandwich only has ONE slice of meat....Wasn't even correctly made. Missing onions and bleu cheese crumbles!Soda is watered down.Super weak.No response from customer service to make anything right.Won't be ordering again.
Well the location in West Chester has a closed drive thru and because of that situation have been going to the Hamilton location. So the last couple of nights I had the honor of meeting the man who was there last night on the 8th of November at 8:31 pm. I believe his name is Zach and he is a very hard worker a one person army for lack of better words. He is a good and hard employee who deserves all the praise he can get.

Food seems to always be a little off. I’ve never seen a Jimmy Johns take so long. I worked for Jimmy Johns at a different location and would have sandwiches ready before the customer paid. I always have to wait 5-10 minutes in the drive through and it takes 45 + to get it delivered. Way too long.
