The ladies here make an excellent burrito and are very nice. I had barbacoa, and the woman making my burrito even pulled the really fatty pieces out for me without me even asking, I really appreciated that. This is my favorite hot head location!
Fish nuggets on the fish taco so the spaces you don't have fish got really soggy and it just wasn't very good to me.
Do not!!!! Order online for pick up and expect it to be ready when you get to the store on time. 5 times this has happened.
No fajitas made & noone is in here. So I had to wait longer.Manager told me that my boyfriend and I were theiving because we wanted to share my free medium drink off of my rewards program instead of buying a drink. Very unprofessional. Older lady with blonde hair & glasses. She is always very rude to customers especially her employees. I hate coming here when she is here.
Don’t ever order door dash from this place, I have wanted to try hot heads for a long time and decided to finally order some, I ordered extra chicken in my burrito and got none. I ordered extra steak in my kids bowl and she got none, both of which you have to pay extra for. I’ll take my business to chipotle
Decent burritos. Better than Taco bell about the same as Chipotle but never a huge wait like Chipotle has at most stores. Saying it's better than other stores that specialize in burritos would really depend on your personal preference.
Got the cantina nachos and they were good. Needed a few more chips otherwise good portions. Only the biggest eater will need a side item or 2.
