If i could give a Zero stars i would give them it. It was My firsts time at this restaurant and treated me very Bad the girl with glasses told me that My order was not at the restaurant i had to wait an Hour so finally she check that My order was there. Later that i got My order she procedes to yell at and shut the Window in My face i felt very discriminanted.
We are always busy and we love chilli so we just hop in the car and dinner. No miss no fuss.
Just went thru drive thru. I usually get great service at this location but not tonight.Girl taking order was very rude. She sounded as though she was very unhappy to be there and let it show in her attitude and demeanor. Check#30117 Fadi- @8:19 on 2/16/22.
Constantly getting my order wrong. !! They don't have the same menu as other locations. Food is always under cooked if you go there late at night. Order a kids 3 way and get beans packed with beans. Cheese fries ! The cheese wouldn't ever melt due to the fries being cold !! Large drink ! Small drink. NO SORRY WE don't have small lids we only have large.
Service was great food was not so much. Bread was super stale chili had like a cleaner taste to it like a chemical or something. The hotdog I had on one of my coneys was not even cooked it was still cold and not cooked. Very strange experience but the employees were super nice.. just didn't expect the food issues.
Dang good taste.. I mean seriously if you tried Blue Ash or Skyline this is definitely the winning taste!
Food was hot and made to order. Drive thru was quick and did not have long wait. Not much engagement from the staff, but overall professional.

Honestly if I could I'd give them a zero star review. Trying to order at the speaker was difficult the employee repeated back something wrong for everything I ordered, finally got the food ordered I ordered a chocolate shake on this order which had a ton of chocolate it tasted like straight up syrup, I asked for it to be fixed but was told that the hand blended shakes made from real ice cream just come like that in a cup and all they do is blend them. Them I was told if I had a problem not to come back. I don't know guys what do think of the shake.
Awesome as always... Chili cheese fries are awesome... Only disappointment... I forgot to get the milkshake! They are definitely good! Won't forget never time
