Visited this restaurant on 4/9/22 after taking a hiatus due to issues in the past at this (and many others) location. We have no idea what/who has changed at this location, but WOW! The service we received was absolutely fantastic. Food on the bar was fresh and replenished several times while we were there. The manager was visible and working just as hard (at times harder) than the wait staff and other staff members. It was a pleasant change to see this level of teamwork. It was evident that they were short staff, but they did not allow that to stop them from completely orders and taking pride in their work. Great job! You have changed our minds and opinion of this establishment!
Probably one of the better Frisch's experiences we have had in a long time. We had the breakfast bar and it was wiped out when we arrived. Our server Nathan promised that there would be food on the bar if we wanted that option. Nathan was maintaining the bar, serving customers and I noticed that he was even helping bus tables. Great Job Nathan!
I figured I would give them another try. Should have gone elsewhere. They had to re makes my daughters hamburger, so instead of bringing out my food while it was hot, my food sat until her burger was remade. I asked for no pickle on mine. My request was overlooked. Cool onion rings. The seafood bar was a joke. Old food on it. Crunchy spaghetti noodles. Everything was dried out. Even when they finally put fresh food out it tasted old. For the price, there are way better places to go.Mad Mike'sWing Stop on BrookwoodAsian Lantern ( wait is long but food is great. Take out is the best option )Chick-Fil-aChili's
Came into the Bridgewater Fall's location for the Friday fish bar on Friday March 18th. I was immediately greeted and seated. My server was Emily G. and did an excellent job with my service as well as all of her section. Come to find out that there were only 2 servers and 1 cook. The entire staff did a great job even during the staff shortage! Will visit again soon.
Tried to call in an order yesterday afternoon and was left on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up. Figured since my order was easy I'd just go up there walk in and order carryout. The service wasn't very good as usual and they got my order wrong as usual. All I wanted was 1 breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese on white toast. They made it with bacon instead of sausage. I just can't understand how I can order something so simple and basic and they mess it up every single time.
After waiting fifteen minutes we ordered a super bigboy, a fish sandwich and onion rings. Two salad bars. We went ahead got our salads...good thing. Our sandwiches never did come out. After fifty minutes we left, we were not charged for the salads. Don't know if a computer thing happened or just short on personnel. Went to Arby's and got a roast beef sandwiches...no hassle there.
1/9/22--good service, great fried chicken tenders. We each got the chicken tenders dinner (5 tenders) since we were there at 1 pm & hadn't eaten yet. They were good size, hot & very tasty. They were out of honey mustard (or don't have it) so that was not so good, but for me, I got ranch & Buffalo sauce! Really good! The steamed broccoli was a little hard, but good. Frisch's is a good place to eat.
Went in at 7:45 and the grille was shut down. No Soup and Salad Bar. Service was very Good. Was given a hot fudge cake for delay in my service.
This appears to be one of the better Frischs in the area. The biscuits and gravy were pretty good. I wouldn't put them in the ranks of The Echo in Hyde park but they aren't bad. The square potatoes are the best. I absolutely love them. The place was quiet due to covid. I enjoyed my meal.
I love the Pork tenderloin sandwich, but you can't order it online because it does not appear in their online menu. Biggest problem with Frischs is that they just cannot maintain any staffing and their service is very unpredictable.BE CAREFUL- They have not yet figured out how to support their business through this pandemic
