The drive-thru speaker wasn't working but there was a sign that said to pull around for service. So I drove around to place my order. The person at the window greeted me with a nice smile and was so nice and helpful. She also apologized for the speaker not working. She double checked my order and we laughed. Food looks and smells good. She did a great job!
Very satisfied customer here! The employees are really nice and I felt welcomed with the service i received. The food was hot and there was no need to call for my server it seemed that everyone new what they was supposed to do. I want to point out the management for working so hard. it's Fantastic there. I will be back!!!

The speaker system was down at this location. I had to drive up to the window to order. Prices have gone up, just like everywhere. BUT:BEWARE of THIS location. My platter was overcharged by a Full Two Dollars. Since when does a Swiss Miss Platter with NO drink come to $9.09 ?????Shady.Frisch's also has CRUMMY unseasoned underdone fries. Little flavor, not crisp at ALL. I'm done. Not worth the price at all. Will not recommend or return. Rip off!!!!!!Other reviews are not complimentary. Doesn't CORPORATE Frisch's EVER READ these reviews!?!?!

I found paper tags in my macaroni under the noodles when I got to the bottom of my bowl. However, the Manager ended up giving us completely free food. They did us right so we will go back.

Went there this morning. At 9am sign says open at 8. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no response. I went to the window and they said they open in 10 min. Who opens at 9:20am? I wasted my break.
Rt 4 location, Hamilton, Oh. - Chili was a bit thin and short on beans but tasted very good. Probably the end of the pot. Quarter Pound Cheese Burger's were great (It's a Big Boy without the center bun). Drive Thru Service was quick and server was very pleasant.
Only one star because I can't put zero. We just tried to go through the drive through. Sat at the order box for a few minutes with no answer. They should be open another hour. Pulled around and lo and behold 2 employees standing right outside the door smoking what I'm assuming is a joint by the way they were passing it and tried to hide it as we drove by. No employees in sight inside the store. Ridiculous.
