Save your money for an authentic mexicaine restaurant like El Rancho Nuevo !! This one is of very poor quality food, tasteless and not well prepared at all . Our waitress wanted nothing more than not work that night(Saturday 16th April) , very poor service, she did less than the minimum, no smile, rude, didn’t remove our main course plates before giving us the deserts! This was embarrassing. Brought us the bill while we are still eating and clearly didn’t like that we wanted deserts. Will never go back there again. We tried, they failed !!
Went here on a suggestion by my insurance agent. I had gone to another local place and El Mariachi have them beat hands down. Service was great and food came out at a great time. Had several different beers on tap compared to the other place and better beer. Next trip in, I will be testing out their margaritas. Yes, I will definitely be going back
Went in for dinner on Valentines day night, for the first time in awhile. Service could of definitely been better. I think food would of been good had we actually got what we ordered. I felt like our server who we have had in the past with no problems was distracted or just ready to go home for the evening. A very underwhelming experience.
Was in a few weeks ago. I Ordered the vegetarian combo. Good thing when I cut into it the contents popped out.....shrimp, which I'm allergic too. While waiting for the waitress to come back another waiter walked by and asked if my food was okay. I told him what happened and I was allergic and his response was " It's on it's way, mistakes happen" and took it away. When the waitress came by she drops the correct order on our table and instead of offering an apology, her response was "Just kidding". Seriously? Glad customer safety is a priority. Good food but won't be back when I feel like my well being is a joke.
Right off the bat our server was very obviously on some sort of speed. Like shaking, mumbling, pacing, twitching, etc. When we finally got our food the first thing we realized was the BROWN lettuce ? the food was terribly mediocre and 100% not worth the money
Honestly, unless the service is garbage/food very gross, I'll always love a Mexican restaurant. Definitely one of my favorite food types, and El Mariachi does not disappoint. High quality ingredients are clearly used. Cocktails (margaritas) are delightful as well. They even have a handful of tvs throughout that show football (on football days).
Party of 8 sat at totally different tables for a birthday. Never got greeted and sat over 25 minutes with no server. We spoke to 3 people and not one did anything about it. I get if you’re busy but seriously there were open tables everywhere.
Hugely decreased portion sizes. Didn't get the food that we ordered. Poor service, with no refills. Used to be a good place to eat, but extremely disappointed this time and will not be going back.
So me and my boyfriend came in to dine in. And we got seated and had to wait 20 minutes before we just got up and left. Only because no one even greeted us at our table. And it wasn’t even that busy. Super disappointed. Never coming back
This was the greatest Mexican restaurant we have ever ate at. The management, waitress, and staff was the best. The food was amazing. Everything and everyone enjoyed them self, great atmosphere.
