I am in a 26ft box truck. I can’t make it to the window to get my order. I went in because it’s connected to a shell. They told me they are drive thru only. I asked if I could do mobile order and have it at the counter. The manager still insisted I drive around because people come in trucks all the time. I guess a class a cdl doesn’t mean I know where I can and can’t fit. The register was working. They had 7 people on shift. I’ve never been turned away by any place like this today. I didn’t even get anything. I just left to find somewhere else that will serve me.
I love Dunkin as a brand but the store owner at this one has given me the wrong order too many times or skimmed on the items that it's not giving the same as all other franchises. It's even gone as bad as him suggesting another order or making the drink incorrectly but arguing that it was correct. A drink I've had for 20yrs. Smh. I simply pass the store and go to the next Dunkin. They never have stuff in stock and it ends up a mess
We had a wonderful experience today. We ordered donuts for a birthday party. When we arrived to pick them up we were greeted by friendly people who went the extra mile to make the birthday girl feel extra special. Thank you!
Ordered a Hot Mocha Latte and it was cold. I could tell by the cup and said "this is cold". The employee said "sorry it's the machine" and looked at me like oh well. I said well add hot coffee to it or something. He did, it was better but didn't taste right. That location is the worst one around. I won't go there anymore. I will just drive to the new one on Princeton Rd.
This Dunkin is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Their service is slow and their coffees are always nasty.
Slow service. Highly recommend going to the one in Monroe. I could of been home eating already
this location is horrible they didn’t have anything they forgot my doughnut and my cold foam and it took them forever to make our drinks and food and they were just messing around and they were vaping in front of everybody inside the store. I will never go back there again they were rude and annoying teenagers. this was a horrible experience. never again.
the kid that works the afternoons at this location is always very nice and helpful! he makes sure we got everything we ordered and answers any questions we might have. drinks and food are also always very good!
Instead of saying please hokd at the window because they are sorry staffed they just make you sit there. Then the guy is very rude when you talk to him. Ive been an everyday customer for years. Never again. Went back 3 times in a row and got the same treatment. Ill never be back
This Dunkin’ is to slow. I left my house early enough to make sure I could get my Dunkin’ & was in line waiting, I watched two cars pull off witch made 3 cars in front of me. The car that the speaker literally put there car in park. This is just ridiculous. There lines are always so long! Stuff is kinda friendly but not what I expect when I go to other Dunkin’s & it’s fast they also are very friendly.
