Good and healthy food and fast service
This location is a disaster. No matter what day of the week or time of day you go there's always some excuse why they can't serve hot items off the menu, yet they have the full menu listed all the time. The staff at the drive-thru always seem to have an attitude like they don't want to be there. Dunkin should just cut its losses and just closed this location or fire the whole staff and get people that can actually run the store the right way and who actually want to be there.
This location has their espressos machine down for quite a while and now that it's back up, I decided to take advantage of the $2 digital Dunkin Donut card I had received from T-Mobile's Get Thanked Tuesdays. Which was simple to do just saved the offer, had the clerk scan my Dunkin Card in my app, then scan the T-Mobile Dunkin $2 card from that app & received my order.I had ordered a large iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream, plus a Boston Kreme donut. Both were absolutely delicious! ?
I did an app order and when I get to the speaker, they tell me that their system is down and it wouldn’t be back up until 20 minutes. No way I could wait 20 minutes for my order that I had already paid for. The worker was very rude and didn’t care at all that I had already paid for my order on the app. Will never be back to this location.
I don’t know how this store stays open. They’re always out of something, the staff isn’t very friendly, and today I went there to order and was told the kitchen is closed for cleaning at 10:30 A.M.! This hasn’t been the first time I’ve been told that with this location. The specialty coffee I always order didn’t look or taste the same as in the past. How do you justify charging high prices when your food, beverage, and attitudes are less than subpar?
Had no hot food and my Carmel Craze Signature Lattes were really bad. They were not made properly and were far from being hot. I won't visit this location again.
Their sign on 3/7/22 around noon said "Inside Open" (I later saw a review from 6 days ago with the same situation). After trying the doors, I called and the employee very rudely said "yeah, inside is closed". I'm assuming from the rest of these reviews that this has something to do with work ethic of the employees. Restaurant and coffee shop managers need to understand that limiting business to the drive-thru decreases overall efficiency and doesn't create loyal customers. If you’re employees can’t handle having the inside open, they need to be trained better or replaced.
Their sign says inside open but all doors are locked. There's even a note taped to the door saying carryout only. I also sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, they take FOREVER only to find out the espresso machine is STILL down. It's been over 2 months of ot being down
Their espresso machine has been down for over a month, that’s at least half of your menu….. all I hear is that they can’t get it fixed cause it comes out of the managers pocket? …. WHAT???? If you can’t afford to run a business then DON’T start one. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Everyone I talk to hates this location and says the same thing. Get your stuff together. Got a bunch of kids in there dressed like it’s high school and they don’t care whether they’re providing good service or not. Very disappointing. Someone needs to step in and do the job right.
WORST DUNKIN EVER!! From the jump they seemed like the were clueless on how to do their Job over the intercom. They then were out of product. Made my sandwich wrong. Made my drink wrong. Not a single one of them I saw, was in uniform (I saw at least 4 workers and I know there were more in there) Extremely unprofessional and not very personable or friendly. Unclean and the service was slow. Overall if I could give a .5/5 stars I would. But unfortunately I can’t. So fortunately for y’all, you’ll get one full star! Awww don’t y’all feel so accomplished!!!!?? Step up y'all's game or get new employees… point blank period. Most horrible Dunkin trip I’ve ever experienced.
