I tried cold stone at other states and I like it. I drove 30mins from my location to this cold stone but it was total waste of time and money.I ordered oreo over load and there is hardly any oreo. Total disappointment! They didn’t even mix the ice-cream properly. Charged high prices as they likedI will not come back to this place again.
We walked in after being in the car for 4 hours on the way home from our vacation. When we walked in there was a male and female in there 40-50s working they were snapping at us so they could sit back down on their phones when they were done with us. I ordered sweet cream with strawberry fudge and Carmel she told me that she didn’t have time to put Carmel in it she gave me 1 whole strawberry and a line of fudge and didn’t even mix in the mix-ins. WillNot be going back to this location she ruined goldstone for me and my family and this was our first time. We paid 49.97$ For 4 ice creams and 2 shakes. Overall the worst experience at cold stone I’ve had. Would give 0 stars if possible

Extremely stingy on their portions compared to the Newport KY location. The owners are very cold and rude, especially to the employee that was assisting me, standing over her shoulder making comments on how much she was giving each customer.
If you want Cold Stone go to New Port KY , very disappointed! Bad customer service , very small portions. Not mixing fruits.
A lot of reviews saying the same thing. The portion was much smaller then what Cold Stone typically offers. The presentation was awful, the ice cream looked half melted. There is no passion or love in this food. There is a bad vibe in the place, the managers just seem money hunger and haughty. I feel bad for their staff. I refused to pay for my half melted 125g of ice cream and left.
Every single order has never been correct. I've complained through doordash, I've called, this location apparently doesn't train employees to follow directions.
