I used to love this place because the baked goods are delicious, but I refuse to go here anymore due to their poor attitude. It is not professionally ran, but ran more like a child's side babysitting gig. Don't bother reaching out with questions. The only time they respond is to thank you for compliments. Truly is a shame. They seem to think the only thing that matters running a business is product. Customer service is #1.
Lovely staff and tasty baked goods for families with dietary restrictions! Staff is so kind. Frosting is overly sweet, though. Usually end up pulling most of it off.
We have been big fans of Chubby Bunny for a while! This weekend we ordered cupcakes for our daughters birthday, they were beautiful and delicious! Our guests were blown away!
Stopped at chubby bunny last year while passing through town, was very excited as I have many dietary restrictions. They’re very kind and helpful when checking items for my weird allergies. The lunchbox brownies are delicious and my mom who doesn’t have any restrictions LOVES the carrot cake cupcake. On our recent trip I asked ahead of time for them to hold some items as we wouldn’t get their till close to closing. The owner Alyson was wonderful for doing that! CB is now a must stop anytime we’re near by.
My daughter has a dairy allergy so we got her smash cake made at Chubby Bunny for her first birthday party! Not only was it beautiful and everything I was hoping for, but it was so delicious! My daughter loved it! I love their other treats as well. Highly recommend ☺️
Being first time customers it was very important for us to know the ingredients for each baked goods that was being sold due to.my son's severe anaphylactic allergies.The young lady at the registrar was extremely rude, not professional in any way what so ever and she clearly acted like my concerns and questions was bothersome to her and to the business! Baked goods might be good but customer service is very vital!
Chubby Bunny is a family favorite! We do not have any dietary restrictions, but we still find ourselves craving Chubby Bunny over other options! Friendly staff! They are worth waiting until the weekends to visit!
My only wish is they were open more hours. This place is amazing and the best vegan options for goodies I've ever had!
