I've only ever gone through the chipotlane but they're pretty great for a Chipotle! Definitely better than the ones in Middletown and West Chester, they're more generous with portions. The last time I went here I picked a very unfortunate time (around 6pm) and I was in line for the drive through for 40 minutes, which was no fault of the employees because the inside was packed too and they were doing their best, and the young man at the window was extremely apologetic and my food was still good and hot. The only issue I can see is that the official Chipotle parking lot is very small and can be precarious if the drive through is busy, but you can park at the parking lot for the AMC or even the Aldi too.
Had a great experience here. Staff is nice and it seems like they have skills in the kitchen.
Every time I come here they are out of something or is very skimpy with the food. I’m paying 19$ for a bowl and a drink and you have to keep asking for more when they hardly put any corn or cheese on your bowl then to top it off last 4 times I went there the pop machine has no carbonation
Ordered two burritos w/ sofritas alongside a side fo guac. I didn't get the guac, but I was going to let that slide UNTIL I noticed that both of my allegedly vegetarian burritos had MEAT in them. To prevent myself from getting sick I had to throw away the burritos I had just spent $20+ dollars on. The guest issue helpline was written in/on the bag multiple times. As a customer, this makes me feel like the staff knew that the orders were possibly made wrong. After attempting three times to reach the aforementioned guest help line I had to give up. Every employee was unresponsive, repeating "how can I help you" every few seconds despite me talking on the other end. This kept going until they ended up hanging up on me.
Super clean, nice layout, even the patio was clean. The atmosphere was great they had some good music playing and the employees were friendly. There was no wait when I went it and got my food quickly.
While Chipotle in general is usually a great place to get a good burrito. This location is not. I've had my issues with this location in the past, but since it's the closest to me, i figured I'd try it again. That was a mistake. They said they were out of guac, cheese, sour creme, corn, chips, and lettuce. Repeatedly, while waiting to pick up my online order. (Which was 10 minutes late to begin with) And excused this, by saying they were short staffed. The girl running cashier was rude. To me, and the next three people i saw her wait on. I would avoid this location.

This is just my review for today, normally I always get a good meal with good service. Ordered salad bowl...terrible, but the salads made by the other worker looked like what I am used to. Also another issue which I won't even get into. Every employee I dealt with was incredibly rude (except for the manager and one young lady) and I felt one of them was actually mocking me. If this were my first experience, I'd never go back.
Ordered online wife picked up since I just have kidney stone surgery and I was starving each of our bowls weren’t even half full. The chips tasted 5 days old and the portion of salsa was pathetic. I have never done a review in my life so it was that bad for us. I will never spend my hard earned cash at a Chipotle again.
Very salty. They act very stingy with their portions. Chipotle should have universal servings but my bowls in west Chester are better quality then Hamilton. Definitely gave me half scoops on my meat My Barbacoa was very salty I drank two canned teas while eating cause my mouth was dry. The manager is pretty but the staff is pushy and annoyed if u ask for anything. Last time me and my husband will visit food in Hamilton is already gross enough. How did u mess up chipotle
