Very disappointing experience at Chili's. I ordered a hamburger, plain only onions. When I got it it had cheese and I let the server know. He took it to get me a corrected Burger. When he brought it back I could see pieces of cheese on the bun so I turned the burger over and could see that cheese had just been scraped off. When he came back to check on us, I let him know that I couldn't eat that and he then lied and told me they gave me a new burger. When I showed him the burger he acted like he couldn't see the cheese all over it. I told him to take it back and take it off my check. He later told me he informed the manager, however the manager never came out, never addressed it with me. I am furious, not by the initial mistake because that's no big deal, but by their continuing to add insult to injury and making things worse. I ended up leaving with out having eaten. I'm fuming.
I just saw the receipt on line, my husband ordered a side salad ( it came with the price of the meal). He was charged $5.00 for a large salad. Also, when the waitress came to deliver our meals, she handed everyone their plates. She didn’t set them down in front of you. She didn’t tell anyone it was hot. My 13 Yo grandson burned his hands. Today he has blisters on his fingers.
Awesome. One of the best “on point” places to eat post CoVid. I say this because incase you haven’t noticed the impact most Restaurants have suffered. They seem to be having a hard time pulling themselves out. Their menus have been scaled down and they remain that way the help is lacking to say the least. A lot of places still don’t have inside service and are using drive-through or DoorDash and Uber eats which Id imagine has had a negative effect on the industry. Chilis seemed to be up to PAR. First place I ate at in a very long time that when I left, I wasn’t cursing and feel like it was a huge waste of money. I was impressed by the good service, the very hot food, which was of generous portion. I give them a true 5 stars.

After bringing it back out, I noticed a piece of cheese on the bun so I turned the burger over and could clearly see that cheese had been scraped off. There was cheese residue all over the burger. I let the server know who then told me that he knew they gave me a new burger. And I showed him the burger and I said that the cheese had just been scraped off and I could not eat it due to a health problem. He later told me he informed the manager. The manager never came out to address it with me, I never got any food and I ended up not eating. I'm not upset about the initial mistake, but the continuous lies and not being addressed by the manager just was the end.
Overall experience was OK and picked this as a meeting spot with friends during some travel. Ranch Buffalo Chicken Salad was a bit misleading on the menu. If it's called "Ranch Buffalo"... why the Blue Cheese on the Salad. Refills ... rather than the taken away our mug when delivery of Refills... we had 7 cups accumulated between 3 of us at the table.
Place is ridiculous. Waited 45 minutes to get seated. I clearly ordered the steak fajitas, they bring me the most sorry looking sirloin steak. I look and tell them it wasn't what I ordered. Waited another 30 minutes, until everyone else was done eating. Still didn't have my food. So had them take it off the check. Needless to say it WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A BIRTHDAY DINNER!!!!! NEVER WILL I COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN....
Service was excellent and prices for the lunch specials were shockingly great. The Cajun chicken pasta was good and definitely worth the $12 special that included a drink and a soup.
Ordered food with Doordash,all the condiments including wraps for my fajitas were missing so was my wife's BBQ sause. So got a refund and reordered. This time we went to pick it up, this time had to wait an hour longer than the time it was said to be ready got home food was cold steak in my fajita was like rubber all my sour cream was some kind of dressing instead, my wife got thre wrong style chicken. it was a Saturday and as a rule I normally will not order food on the weekend but it had been a long time. we ate chilis last week we ordered and it was great,it was also a week day. I will not be dealing with Doordash and it will be a long time till I try chili's again,also.
Friendly service and the food was good
I love the food. I've been sick and unable to get out. I was craving chili's so my friend and her family came and got me and took me to dinner. It was so good. Now I can't wait to go back again
