The people at the Saturday, Rockin' Rick's Cruise ins are so happy to have Burger King close by to dine at. The food is great. The service is extremely excellent and we are happy having them nearby to use their services. Thank you all at Burger King- Hamilton West side. The cruise in participants truly appreciate you and hope to do so in the future.
When I came into the resteraunt, I went to the bathroom to wash hands for dinner and to use the bathroom.....it stunk to high heavens and was deplorable and plain gross to walk into.....I went out and told the manager guy of the conditions and asked please could he get someone to take care of it.. He rudely and blankly stared at me and said nothing and went on with his day.. Two more times I asked other employees and watched as they told their manager.. He did nothing.. I have been here for almost two hours and went back in here to discover that sure enough it is as gross as it was when I came in. Customer service has been horrible since the management switch. Cleanliness has been majorly neglected since the management switch. Also, the atmosphere is very negative. From the lobby we can hear employees cuss and talk poorly about customers. I usually don't write reviews unless they are positive...but I hope the right people get to read this in corporate or ownership so something can be done. We are regulars for years now coming in to buy dinner on Wednesdays and we will be looking for another place now. Please corporate or owner, help. We used to love it here so much. Help! And customers beware!!
I went to through the drive thru at Burger King on Main St in Hamilton Ohio at about 5:30PM on May 1st 2022. I ordered two Number Ones...Whopper meal with cheese and and a senior discount. The girl said "OK". I got to the window and the price seemed high and I asked about the senior discount and the girl said: "My Manager said that we already discount our meals and senior discount doesn't apply" The two meals were over twenty dollars.
Asked twice for Fresh coffee paid 1.19 for Super old coffee.Never offered to brew more just sold me the old stuff.Won't be back. It's pretty obvious they knew what they were doing. I travel alot and buy alot of coffee and food out.
Every day after I pickup children from school, I come through the Burger King drive thru to get food and feed them. This is the one on Main St. in Hamilton, Ohio across the street from Aldi Food Market.Today I in countered the most rude and unprofessional employee ever. When I tried to order at the screen he told me to wait. I waited 5 minutes then drove on around to window to order, but the man told me I had to go back around and orderat the screen again and shut the window on me. I yelled for him to come back to the window but to no avail. He told me to go somewhere else.I will go somewhere else as long as this one works there!
I came thru just for a quick lunch. My chicken sandwich was fresh and my fries were fresh!!! Great job morning shift!!!!
Wow is all I can say! This is one of the best burger kings I have ever had. The chicken fries were seasoned perfectly and super fresh! I will be returning!
Like most places right now, they are very short staffed for such a busy location. But they always do their best and actually keep the lobby open to customers so it's a great choice for families looking to eat out together
Haven't been there in a long time. Tasted really good. Very friendly service
The food was good, but they had no decaf coffee. What a bummer.
