I've literally been sitting in the line for 20 minutes. And there's only been four cars. The employees that's working now need to be FIRED
Went thru drive thru was told I can only use one coupon and only get 1 2 for $10.00??? Called Westside they said that they can do it and don't understand why they can't. Why do I have to drive all the way across town to get sale items that are on the menu and Don't say limit one per customer? This used to be our favorite burger king, not anymore!!
It seemed to be really low energy in the store, and it also seems the food quality reflected that lack.
Most disgusting store I have ever seen. Food is always cold. Managers are very rude. Place is unsanitary. Save your money, eat somewhere else. Not to mention the times I've been in this store employees are coughing over everything and not wearing masks. I would give this place a zero if I could.
Awful service had to go back in line because they a item then get home my husband starts eating his sandwich and finds a sticker in his sandwich
I always have a great experience at this location. The employees are kind and polite. I actually have returned here more than other fast food breakfast places, solely because of the awesome employees. Kind employees are a rare find these days!
One of the worst Burger Kings ever they're always understaffed their line crew always messes up the food and I always have to go back the last five times I've gone they have messed up my order
If I could give them negative stars I would because they can't make actual warm cheeseburger at all. Cold or just room temp food! Worst Burger King in Butler County area.

My family an I are loving the deals that are going on right now here. But one, get one for a $1 and/or the 2 Whopper value meals for $10 are both really great deals. Everytime we go out to eat we spend $20-$30 dollars no matter where we go unless we eat here. We all can get a good meal and spend less than $20, so that's a big plus for us.
