Last two times I went for carry out order was wrong. Shame on me for going back and shame on me mostly for not checking the order before I walked out. I was missing an order of wings last time AND this time.I politely called the store, explained this has happened again and I'm really not in the mood to go back to the store for the food and could I please have a refund just for the chicken missing $9.99. She told me a manager would call me back. Never did. I'm over it. Learned my lesson (hopefully). They used to check the order for you, and open the bag and contents. Guess I got comfortable with that process.
When I was being taken to my table I saw a girl plating food in the kitchen and throwing celery and carrots on customers plates with NO GLOVES ON... she was just touching all the carrots and celery for customers to eat with her bare hands. I could not believe what I saw - that's so disgusting and unclean, especially with COVID. When I went back to take a another peek, I could also see kitchen staff not wearing gloves while plating burgers from the grill through the little window into the kitchen. It seemed like absolutely no one in the kitchen was wearing gloves. We were going to eat but obviously I'm not eating nasty food touched with dozens of bare hands. We ordered a beer and left.That's just disgusting, and I'm shocked at how brazen they are about it! That girl throwing celery on plates with her gross bare hands is clearly visible to customers from inside the restaurant. I asked our server about the girl not wearing gloves, and she apologized and was very sweet. We asked her if we could talk to a manager, and she said the manager was IN THE KITCHEN cooking and would be a few minutes! So the manager knows that there are no gloves. When we asked her if the manager working in the kitchen knows that there are no gloves, she wouldn't respond, and apologized again. She was in a tough spot, so I don't blame her. What was she supposed to say?? We saw kitchen workers with no gloves, and she had to tell us the manager was in the kitchen cooking when we asked to speak to him. I thought she handled the situation as best as she could, and this issue is the restaurant's fault completely, not the fault of service staff that are doing their best to cover up the health and safety disaster in the kitchen. We told her to just cancel the manager who clearly knows about the health violations and left. Obviously reporting this incident to the Food Safety division of the Ohio Health Department to protect other customers. All I can say is this: save yourself the food poisoning and eat somewhere with basic hygiene standards.
It was way to crowded for me today, the floors were very slippery, service was great though! Guacamole wasn't good but mostly everything else was. Smelled like cigarettes though and that made it hard to eat

Slow service, missing lots of menu items. Forgot 2 bring drinks multiple times also. No potato wedges & the French fries brought out were cold. Not a fan of this overpriced bar/grill.
Walked in waited 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come up and actually help. Then they don't even give me my burger..... I go back in and I tell them I'm missing my burger and she take my bag and recieot and goes to the back then comes back out and says oh they are making it now. All my food should have been done at the same time but no instead one item is fresh and the others have to be heated up........ I ordered a 20 piece wing and obviously they can't count. Crazy how much I used to love this place but you guys have really let go and started going down hillI definitely won't be back. If I could take the tip back that they made for not doing their job I would do it in a heartbeat...... DO BETTER BUFFALO WILD WINGS!
Terrible management. If you're going to get rid of things off of the menu, which was a bad decision in the first place make sure you do not run out of so many things. Coming in and being told you are out of 4 or 5 things is unacceptable. Food doesn't come out hot half the time. I will be driving out of my way to go to other locations for a while.
I'm a door dasher and B.W.W. has their stuff together. The foods always fresh and it's usually waiting on the counter for me to deliver, ALOT of other places do not give your food no where near the attention B.W W. does. So as a Door Dash Driver THANK YOU!
Was supposed to get mild boneless and they brought out honey bbq that was harder than a brick and colder than snow , fries were hard and cold as well . The Pepsi was the best part of the meal . Horrible experience and food .
I got the sampler and was very specific as to how I wanted each thing. Only thing I deemed edible was my mozzarella sticks bc they were the only thing hot. My friends food was cold as well. Neither of us will be back. I was supposed to order my husband wings to take home and I said after paying for my non edible order I wasn't about to spend anymore money there.
