I come this Biggby when I am in the area. They have always made my coffee correct. Which I get the Honey, Cinnamon,Vanilla without the Vanilla and a extra shot of espresso.
Hamilton Ohio location I used to go through a lot when they first opened and was very happy.I go through occasionally now. Mainly because on top of the high prices they have a huge tip bin and then a sign about tips and that obviously shows they would like a tip. But then they ask for a tip. I think it’s rude if I feel the need to tip at a drive through I would do it on my own.
I usually don't put the effort in to leave bad reviews but I am beyond disappointed! The only reason I ordered from them was that they had decaf options. When I got my order, there was a note saying "decaf machine broke. We put espresso in." I cannot have espresso! I am pregnant and have a high heart already that's being monitored! I had a few sips before even seeing this. Absolutely unacceptable. There are many medical reasons people can't consume that many caffeine. If someone had a stomach ulcer, that could cause a gastrointestinal bleed. They should have called and told me and not just send whatever. Doordash only refunds the cost of the product, not the $5 delivery fee and driver tip so I paid $15 just to throw this in the trash.
Go almost everyday! Absolutely the best coffee in Hamilton hands down. Frozen Carmel mellow is amazing on hot days forsure! Just like today
I love all the drinks especially the lattes I get my with almond milk so good . I am lactose intolerant and they have many drinks for me to choose from ! I got the best bagel they make them fresh and I would eat one every day !
Biggy coffee has become my go to coffee. It's in a convenient location and they're cold foam you can put on top of cold drinks is the best cold foam I've had to date. They also have great food options and their macarons are top tier!
Coffee is good, but they are so slow. Took us 15min to get two basic coffees. This place won’t stay in business much longer the way they operate. Especially when Starbucks gets built right across the street.
Honestly before today I would have given 5 stars, but I just happened to look at my account and noticed the employees there are giving themselves bigger tips than I've authorized. Not once, not twice, but almost everytime I've gone. It's cost me almost $10/day for a coffee. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager but no one answers.
First time, not bad, got some smoothies and a caramel coffee, the smoothies weren't really good in my opinion, coffee was pretty good, too strong for me but Ashley liked it, macarons were amazing, raspberry was fabulously fantastic
It takes entirely TOOOOO long to get thru the drive thru! Been waiting for 20+ mins. And they have the audacity to make online orders first like the people in line time isn’t important!!! This is so ridiculous
