The service is professional, the bathrooms are clean, the food is well prepared and packaged. The drive thru could undergo an update, but it's still efficient enough to serve its purpose. The only drawback is the menu. This isn't meant as a denigratration against this particular location. Rather, this is true for all these older, fast food franchises. They haven't kept up with the changes in modern tastes. There are few if any vegetarian choices, and even more so the food tends towards the bland. But you probably already know this if you're in the mood for a roast beef or some curly fries. That said, if you are in the mood, then you can't go wrong with this Brookwood location.

I have not visited an Arbys due to the horrendous service I received several years ago at the Princeton Rd location. Today I visited the Washington Ave location in Hamilton and was pleasantly surprised to find not all Arbys are operated equally. I was immediately greeted upon entering. Placed order for 2 classic roast beef and 2 crispy fish sandwiches and 2 curly fries. The order was bagged and in my hungry hands in less than a minute. I was thanked with a sincere smile. Will visit this location again if ever on this side of town again. Time was 4:45 on Saturday March 5, 2022.

Once again this restaurant show is ineptitude. I have been there three times in three months and every single time I had to return to the store to get the correct order. Along with the wrong order the service inside was absolutely horrible. How can 8-10 cars go thru a drive thru before 1 person can receive a correct order?On top of that the bread was stale and the fries cold and soggy.Never going back.
They messed up our order and the food wasn't good. It tasted like it was rotten.
