I ordered desserts via Doordash. Granted I realize that the Dasher should have checked the order, but Applebee's didn't give him my entire order and missed 3 out of my 6 items. When I tried to call to see if I could just pick up the additional items, no one answered the phone. I tried three times and couldn't get thru. I've had issues before and it will be a while before I try them again.
We went there to dine in, after standing up front for about 15 minutes and no one even approached us, and they were not that busy. 1 of our people had to go say something to one of the workers and they were told, give me a second. We just left because it didn't seem that they wanted to help our party of 10 & a baby. Very bad service this day!
Food is always good! The waitress Danielle Is absolutely amazing! She served my gf and I and and sung for my birthday! The only downfall was the bartender Kayla. I had a nasty floating in my drink and I could see her face from across the room. She was mad I sent it back. In my opinion that is terrible customer service. Get a new bartender
I haven t eaten at this one yet. But I do pick up a lot of Deliveries from here. Some of the staff I have had to interact with while picking up orders haven t always been very nice (just a couple of them) but my orders are always right! ?
Rude little greeter,vulgar language, if he was older I would have beat his ass, kids r terrible behavior, I'll never be back I've been coming to this place since they first opened yrs ago,my friends won't eithet
Applebee's is cool if you want a cheaper meal that doesn't taste bad. I love their riblets, a classic for sure. I go there most during the happy hour time frames to have a quick drink and snack on all the appetizers.
Our food was great. I had grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was delicious and my husband had a cheeseburger with fries. He said it was the best burger he had eaten in a long time. We go to the Fairfield, Applebees. Our service was great . We usually go some time between 11a through 3pm. It's not as crowded. Thanks Applebees for good food and great service today.
The bartenders are definitely not in a hurry to attend to their customers. It also be nice to be asked if I need anything else before you hand me my check.
We went, they weren’t that busy, they had three servers on. The waitress brought my salad out first but did not bring the children’s out until their meal was made. The portions were extremely small, we all left hungry. The waitress forgot our appetizer, she also assumed that I did not want my sides with my steak because I had also ordered a salad, so I had to wait for my sides, mashed potatoes and broccoli, I got the mashed potatoes the broccoli never came so we just left; we left pretty disappointed. I will say the steak was pretty good. I almost NEVER leave reviews, I’m not that picky, but in this case I think it is necessary. If I go out and spend around $100 on a meal for four, I expect better service.
Went here on a date night with the lady, food was amazing. Service was fast and on point. The serving size seamed bigger than normal as well. Overall definitely coming back and definitely worth it.
