I felt bad because they are VERY sort handed but the TWO people working there were professional and quick.It was soooo hot in there behind the counter, the owners of the chain need to address that for the sake of the employees.I WILL definitely stop here if I’m working on this end of town, great place.
I've never had issues before, but on recent order, all of the subs were missing vegetables, the double cheese pizza did not have double cheese and the pepperoni pizza was dry and tasted horrible. Tried to call them and the line either cuts off or rings busy. I understand all restaurants are struggling, but for them to mess up the entire order?? I think we're done with Zanzi's :(
Ordered a chicken, bacon n cheese sub with no lettuce and ranch on the side!Got my sub with peppers on it and they said that's how they make it!Not in the menu description!

Employee turned Manager Maggie Nichols is wonderful. Very pleasant young Lady. Always honest and customer friendly. Glad to see her recognized and rewarded for her efforts. She has made Zanzis my favorite pizza place. Keep up the great work. We need more people like you.
Omg I loooove this pizza!! Im a first timer of zanzis. I wanted something different and im glad I took a chance! And we've traveled all over so that says alot ☺ with the shortage of workers I only saw 3 total trying to keep the place up. Well they did great! Thanks for making our once a month date night great! Hee☺❤
I gone to Zanzies for awhile but lately they open late and close early and they are no longer a convenient place to get food. I was a very long member but they are not doing anything for customers anymore. I was on the phone hearing it ring for 5 minutes and no one picked up then when someone did they said they wouldn’t be open til 4pm and they did not tell that on there website or anything else and every time I go there it’s closed. Very bad customer service. Even when there is a shortage of staff other company stay open through the day and don’t start their day at 4pm. They have gone downhill fast and no longer give good customer service. I’ve been loyal there for years and now I am not going back
Good pizza for low price compared to most others.
Food was amazing. Wait time on a friday horrible because they are short staffed general manager very rude about explaining they are short staffed. And that my only option was to wait and gave me a card for a free pizza that I will probably never use bc of how rude he was.
