I remember going to White Castle back in the 70's with my grandfather, it was our special lunch time. Since there is no White Castle where I live, imagine my surprise when I saw there was one very close to my hotel in Columbus OH.I was very disappointed, not only in the staff but the food as well.The on duty manager was extremely rude to the staff and to the customer who placed an order, she only had a $50.00 bill. She was rudely told she had to go next store and get the bill broken since they couldn't take a large bill. While she was gone, the manager made fun of her for using a $50.00 bill. He said this loud enough for everyone in the lobby to hear.The food was subpar at best. So much for nostalgia.
Nice upbeat man in the drive thru....however we ordered extra pickles and the last 3 times at this location we have not received it.
Dining room was closed. They were white castles. Service was good and friendly.Would be 4 stars but no dining room available
This is the best White Castle in Ohio in my opinion!!! The night crew here are awesome!!! I’ve come here a couple times with huge orders and they are so pleasant and nice and the food is made perfectly. Today is March 5, 2022, it’s 10:15… so who’s ever on this shift at that time they need a raise, all of them especially the lady that took my order!!!
Drive thru person dropped my money into my hand instead of handing it to me causing me to have to exit my vehicle to pick it up as it blew across the parking lot! I'm sure the people behind me were thrilled with the extra wait.
Great customer service. Fast and courteous. Sliders were just a bit more salty than usual otherwise a 5 star.
I love White Castles when they are hot I got three double cheeseburgers no onion no pickle and they were just warm I also got a small order of cheese sticks and they was not hot either most of the time the stuff I get is hot but I'm disappointed that it wasn't that's why I only got three stars. I love the breakfast sandwiches too. It's only me so I spend about $9 when I go there
I had a small order but special order. It was done quick and just like I wanted. The staff was all awesome! I would go here again
The lady taking our order can’t hear anything. Had to repeat order literally 4 times. She’s screaming talking and the order still wasn’t right. Good food when it got here right but ?
Saw my favorite cashier today. Grabbed dinner and a treat. Your fudge covered brownies are small but mighty tasty.
