This is a reliably good Wendy's. The food is consistently served at the appropriate temperature and sandwiches are not usually a mess in the wrapper. The order is almost always correct and we rarely have to go back when using the drive thru. Typically good service when ordering and paying in the drive thru, but missing the positive attitude and friendliness that would earn a 5th star. It should be noted, however, that my experience at this store, for the last year and a half have been almost exclusively in the drive thru. The one trip in recent memory, where I went inside to use the restroom, the restrooms had an unpleasant odor, like old musty water and needed cleaned. Solid 4 star drive thru food though.
Hours said “until 5”We walked in at 4:01…my friend went to the bathroom. I stood looking at the menu and then gathered catsup, straws, salt, and napkins.Went back to counter…stood there. No response from employee standing right there. I asked, aren’t you serving inside and she responded, “only drive-thru”. Seems she could have told me that LONG before I gathered condiments and looked at menu (obviously intending to order inside) door should have been locked OR informative signage before customers waste their time… very poor management.
The drive through takes at least 15 minutes, usually more.I hate getting a door dash order for this location because I know I'll be sitting in line waiting gas.This location also stayed closed to indoor dining WAAAAAY longer than they should have.Door dashers were required to sit in line and wait....making customers wait for their foodTerrible spot, I avoid at all costs.
Staff was friendly and service was quick. The reason for the low stars is because would breakfast sandwiches had no taste at all. It was super strange, but they were tasteless. The little potato crisp things were delicious.The access to the restaurant was odd also due to the median in the road.
Great place to eat, friendly staff ,very positive overall vibe. food was hot ,freshly prepared pretty and a good experience. We were also asked to take a survey while there and in turn got a free baconator out of the deal so thumbs up to Wendy's!
This location has really went down hill with customer service over the past year! The drive through takes at minimum 15 mins to wait to order and get your food. I once waiting at the speaker for 12 mins before my order would be taken because I was told they were having "shift change", and the workers never greet you or tell you to have a nice day.
We went through the drive thru. The fries in one bag were dumped upside down. The ba One burger only had a sliver of lettuce
It's was great. No lines at drive -thru, the employees was all so very nice and through and was fast and swift. Let me use as many coupons as needed. The food was awesome.
My husband works nights and sometimes has to work over, last night, on Jan 20 2022, he pulled up to the window at 12:50 am to get something to eat, they would not answer the speaker or window. It wouldn't have mattered what sandwich they had left. He was just hungry after 14 hours of work. Why pay someone to look out the window at customers. If you some servicing customers before 1am then close then. This location is bad to begin with but this is wrong. Only got 1 star because I had to
