Three stars on the merits of being a Waffle House! This location (#1228 is it?) Had employees playing the music so loud that the server got my order wrong... after asking twice to please turn the music volume down. The philly they served me by mistake was heavily salted. Love the chain, not this location. There are many other Waffle House in this metro area skip this one and go to another
We excluded because we needed handicap seating. Approximately 1:34 AM on a Sunday morning. FOUR employees were working. They had seating on other side of the store where there ere chairs my wife would be able to sit. two people were sitting in that area we were refused even after I told them we needed handicap seating. NO ACCOMMODATIONS WERE OFFERED.. i have been in this store when only three employees have handled similar business. ADA accommodations should be provided anytime the store is open.

If I could Id rate this 0 stares the staff were very rude from the moment we walked. In bc we were a little loud and the staff didn't want to seat us but seated several people that came in after we did then when there was an available table we sat down and then kicked us out I'm not really sure why maybe they had a reason idk but my opinion for someone to kick you out over being a little loud in a waffle house come on now it's messed
This place was awful. the lady run in the register was just nasty and couldn't get an order right. I asked for a cup of coffee she didn't even acknowledge it. I bought $50 in food And 3 of the 4 orders weren't right. I will not be coming back to this place.
While the staff was extremely nice they took forever to get our food out. They burned my wife's first omelet because the eggs stuck to the pan. The second omelet was not done all the way and had to be put back on the stove. It is not like they were busy either as we were the only people there .

Terrible customer service. We did not fill out your application. we can’t control how unhappy you are at Waffle House don’t take it out on customers! definitely need customer service training at this location. Won’t be returning
