I love Tim Hortons but I have sadly stopped going due to the inconsistency with my orders. Sometimes it is perfect but more often, something is wrong. Most recently, I purchased three iced coffees on different days and each one had coffee grounds in the bottom and were not even drinkable. I unfortunately have decided not to keep wasting my money here.

The 665 location is always out of everything by late morning.

I understand that it’s hard to find employees right now and that this location is short staffed but that doesn’t give the manager or whoever she is with the colored hair (maybe green or teal) to snap at everyone. She took my order. I ordered 40 assorted Timbits first. I tried to order specific donuts and she rudely cut me off and said stop I can’t give you what you want I don’t have a baker. I ordered the donuts and a sandwich. I went to the window and asked the girl if my order was right because the dollar amount was so low and she looked confused. I was asking her to just add them and I’ll pay for them, no big deal when the lady came over having a fit that I didn’t order that. She snapped and me and said to take it down a notch and I tried to tell her that I was just asking the girl to pay for them but she snapped her fingers and was just being rude. I asked for a refund and to give the items back even after waiting 15 minutes in line because I don’t appreciate the way she treated me or talked to the employees and she said no I can’t do that. She probably needs to change career paths because I wasn’t being rude I was asking to pay the difference for what I had ordered so I could have the timbits. She gave them to me for free which wasn’t necessary. I would have rather paid for what I ordered than dealt with her attitude. Unacceptable. I’ve been going to this location for a long time but will be making the drive to another store going forward. This is probably why you can’t keep employees. You can’t have people leading that don’t know how to manage high stress situations.

I honestly don't know why my wife and I continue to come here. More often than not. Our drinks aren't made correctly. For example, today we both got iced coffees with flavor. However, both iced coffees tasted like straight coffee. One of the more egregious times they messed up our drinks. My wife got an iced latte that had essentially no milk or flavor shot, you see they messed it up and made her a hot latte and instead of remaking it the employee dumped it over ice and called it good, both of our drinks that morning got poured out and neither the site manager or corporate customer service thought it was worth a service recovery.Not to speak of the numerous times they don't have certain items like donuts, capps or bagels.

So the last 10 times I've stopped at different locations they never have the donuts I want and never offer to make them. So I just thought I would place an online order this time. Purchased the online order through the app and when I arrived I was told they didnt have any of the items I ordered...keep in mind that I ordered nothing but donuts. $17 worth. When I asked why they cant make it, I was told that they were not allowed to make donuts past 2pm...not even for special orders that have already been paid for? RIDICULOUS! When I requested a refund I was told they couldnt do that either and that I had to do it through the app. So I did. Got a response from them saying that only the store could do it. This place pretty much took my money and said "f u". I will NEVER buy anything from Tim Hortons ever again....its an absolute joke of a company and now are officially thieves.

Waited an hour for an online order. It wasn’t ready when I get there. It took 3 people to find my order because they couldn’t find it in there system even after I gave them the order number itself. I heard the manager on duty say over the mic that he was “ready to walk out” and while sitting at the window he used language inappropriate to use in front of customers let alone the young staff he was working with, and on top of that yelled at one of them to “come get the expresso machine before he lost it”. They had me pull past the window and wait for my food, when they young man finally brought it out they had forgotten the Tim bits so I waited even longer for him to come back so I could tell him. They finally gave me everything and by the time I got home, which is a very short distance from the location, I realized none of the bagels were toasted at all, everything was cold. And my bagel had literally no cream cheese on it…so I couldn’t even eat it. They gave me the wrong donut..and my fiancés B.E.L.T sandwiches were missing some things that were supposed to come on the sandwich… needless to say we will NEVER be going back to that location. All around terrible experience and unprofessional staff. If you can’t handle online orders because you’re busy then turn them off till you can.

Obviously this location has management issues. Nothing I can add to all the numerous other negative reviews; worst service imaginable, rude staff, untrained staff, horrific quality control, missing items, wrong items, etc, etc.

This is one of our favorite spots to stop enroute to any our trips to east coast. Great location, good coffee and donuts, closer to freeway(quick detour), near gas stations, reasonable restrooms, couldn't ask anything better

I live right by this location and there isn’t another one convenient, so I’ve ended up coming here many times over the years. This is by far THE WORST Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to in my life, and it’s CONSISTENTLY horrible over at least the last 6 years I’ve been coming here. They are 100% always out of something, they blame it on stating all the time but the staffing never gets better, and the worst of it is their equipment is broken very frequently. They’re credit card machine has been broken more times than I can count, ovens, creamer machine, etc. I just went today hence writing this review, and was just told their oven blew up this morning so they are servicing no donuts indefinitely. I don’t know who owns this but I’m certain it’sa franchise because it’s so far below the quality of any other location. I’ve written formal complaints on the website before which either go unanswered or the manager of the store calls to say there’s no solution. Awful.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Had to repeat my order 3 times. She was laughing when she greeted us so obviously they were goofing off. Which is ok if you are doing your job. 2nd time I kept my cool. The screen still showed everything wrong the 3rd time. Pulled up and she’s walking around eating a bagel. Literally the worst visit I’ve ever had. And coffee is burnt! So frustrating
