When the manager is there during the week it is fine, but weekends ...the drive thru is 30-40 mins. I have left after 30 as there was no movement at all. The same car was at the window for 30 mins.
I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes which is understandable for a Saturday morning, but when I got my food stuff was missing. So I grabbed a workers attention and stated what I was missing he then went on to be rude and not acknowledge me while stating he's got it then with no words throws my food to me. Terrible costumer service
This location is nasty and very unprofessional plus the employees are more worried bout drugs in the female restroom (which was disgusting) then donuts and coffee. The mother daughter team members constantly arguing in front of guests about drugs and other things but nobody ever says anything to them. Witnessed it 3 times so far within the last 6 months. Not to mention The trash can in the main dining area smelled so bad I lost my appetite and left. This location is horrible and they need all new staff down to store manager. The whole crew needs drug tested then fired!! HORRIBLE JUST DOWN RIGHT HORRIBLE AND DISAPPOINTED!!!
Had coffee and omelette bites. The coffee was good and the omelette bites were perfect. The seating area was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and quick

The people here are amazing!!!! I can't stop going back, they are already nice and I just recently learned I'm a regular now lol they know what I want before I get to the speaker lol
I dont even know how to explain Tim Hortons. Their coffee is mostly on point, but their donuts are to die for. My family got donut holes as an example, the next day before leaving we got a 12 pack of said donuts. They have just the right amount of sweetness I'd say. My brother and I have never had such great donuts. They're so delicious that you crave them by just the scent. They're mouth watering even. it's like having a bit of heaven to taste, and I'm not big on donuts so this was just a very wonderful experience.
My coffee was overfilled in such a way it was intended to spill as soon you tried to open the flap. At first I thought an innocent mistake but the watery taste of the first sip confirmed this was purposeful. Nasty coffee, sinister service.
The only sad experience is that I typically come late afternoon and most of the time I have to ask what's left because they don't always have the donuts I want. I'd come more often if they did because I work late and take donuts to work each night according to what my coworkers like. I will often run out to Amy's because they have it. They are just out of the way.
