Manager for Saturday morning was rude and disrespectful when I came in instead of waiting in the drive thru that was around the building. The kid that took my order was the worst. The manager is doing a great job letting the kids be rude also. Worst experience ever I would not recommend going when that male manager is there or any of his employees
ordered 3 honey dip donuts got 3 honey crueller. ordered a small coke got diet. simple order completely messed up.went by on 5/19/22 at 6:40am and was told they were not opened because nobody came in and they had to catch up on baking. how is that our problem? i definitely seen a car sitting at the pick up window so it seems they were picking and choosing who to serve. i hate that this location is by my house. get it together.
This is by far the worst TH I have ever been to. Gave them two chances… The first time a worker came to the front showing another worker pictures of “How high” her boyfriend was and that day they were out of breakfast !? Went on another day and at 4pm they said they were closing because the manager called off. It’s like the Wild West of fast food. Do yourself a favor, go to Stringtown rd.
The sugar free syrup has got to be expired you put in our coffee.. it’s burning our mouths. And not like hot burn, like it’s so nasty it’s leaving a terrible sting in our mouth. I tried to call to inform you, but of course no one answered. I’d be checking expiration dates on drinks and syrups
This location needs to be padlocked FOREVER! The customer service is TERRIBLE, the coffee tastes like cold water. Every time I order coffee I have to go home and put it in the microwave (not even room temperature). This morning I ordered 2 sausage and cheese croissants, a hashbrown,a ex-large double-double, and Timbits. When I got home I began to pass the food out, my husband bit into the hashbrown, it was so hard he couldn't chew it. I looked at it and it had been fried so hard there was no inside and appeared to be put under a heat lamp because it was definitely old. The breakfast sandwiches were hard, sausage was WELL overdone on a hard croissant (looked like they were thrown together, the croissant was half off the meat) I know Tim Horton's opens early, do they prepare their food at 6:00 am and not ever prepare anything fresh? This Tim Horton's is the pits!!
absolutely terrible customer service ordered 2 iced coffees and we went up to the window and they handed us two hot coffees and we told them we wanted iced and the lady got so rude , we paid for what we wanted and they couldn’t even comply , they eventually got us our iced coffees . i will never be returning here again , absolutely rude workers . The tim hortons on stringtown is 100% better. do not come to this one , rudest people i’ve ever delt with.
The lattes are disgusting. We saw them mix hot water and drink powder in a cup a while back instead of using the machines, but had hoped it was a one off. Avoid this location on the hot sweet drinks, it’s been bad for years and today we were dumb enough to give it another chance. ? Now we will go to the real Time Hortons at Wilson Rd.

Wasted 30 minutes by them taking all of my orders after finding out they were out of milk for all of the orders I had we obvious went through a refund process. What type of coffee shop doesn’t have any milk or isn’t aware of what they have or not. Such a waste of time and disappointment.
