Texas Roadhouse lives up to their slogan "legendary food, legendary service." I always have great experiences here, at any location I've visited. Staff is always attentive and friendly. Food is hearty and delicious, can't really go wrong with your menu choice. (Even if you're not a huge meat person--sides, salads, and veggies are all also really good). The free bread and sweet butter are also really good. (They taste like you paid for 'em!) Zero complaints. Would always recommend.
It was the first time we visited Texas Roadhouse since the pandemic. Many things have been changed. One big change we noticed right away was that there were big buckets of peanuts and no peanuts shells everywhere. In some way it was much cleaner but somehow it feels like it lost some character.The service was super attentive and friendly. Food came out just the right timing. We had 6 oz sirloin and full rack of ribs. The sides were chili, steak fries and baked sweet potatoes. We also got deep fried pickles chips for appetizer which was so good but very salty. All food was good.
I went to The Grove City location and my server was Aaron. He was very polite and definitely had our drinks and bread full.I ordered my face Ribeye but it was made well done and I requested med-well. The steak took a while to come out .that may be why.Salad and sweet potato will have me coming back.One con is waitress' should really consider tying their hair back...this is the second time there was long dark strand of hair in my food (my sour cream to be exact)at this location... Aaron threw that away and I did not make a fuss.
Had a great early Sunday dinner before the start of a new week and travel, got margaritas and rib eyes. But the best of the best was the server Stephanie. This amazing girl was attentive, funny, approachable great personality and the best. Texas Roadhouse has a gem.Stephanie stay awesome. We will be there to see you soon.
I love texas roadhouse in general, good food at reasonable prices. This location didn't impress me as much as most but they did good. I called in ahead of time (hour and a half) to discuss bringing in a larger party of 10-11 people and was told I was put on the list and received text confirmation. Upon arrival at the specified time I requested seems when they really added me to the list and waited in the parking lot about an hour before being given the choice to wait another hour or break my group up into multiple booths. We opted for the booths to get people out of the parking lot and fed. Service was OK, I still spent more than half my time there starting at an empty drink. This is the only location I've visited where they've overcooked the steaks, the entire group received medium well or well done though no one requested anything higher than medium. Sides and appetizers were done beautifully and were the best part of the visit. Overall, didn't meet my expectations compared to the other central Ohio locations I visit but my group enjoyed themselves.
I usually love eating here! This time however none of the 4 steaks I orderer were cooked correctly. The manager was nice and did give us a partial refund. Also we told them it was my daughter's birthday and they did nothing, no singing, no dessert, nothing. Not sure if I will go back again at this point.
Our server Brooke was great and the food was every bit as good as we expected. It was our first stop at this particular store and it was a great experience. The only downside was having to wait in the car due to COVID restrictions. Hopefully the next few weeks will see that lifted.
I was seated at 6:00pm, at 6:15 we ordered our food and drinks. We got our drinks and 1 was messed up after telling the waitress the manager proceeded to come out and tell us it wasn’t and that’s how they are made, after getting a new one it was night and day difference. We then waited until 8:00 pm for our food! One of us ordered the prime rib and got a plate full of fat, yes I know they are fatty but this was insane and only had 5 bites of meat, normally this place is pretty good but this was horrible and one of the managers has a very condescending attitude. On the other hand the other manager was very professional and handled the situation awesome. If you eat here I really hope you have better luck, Longhorn is right down the road btw…
Once again they are out of prime rib. Do they really even sell it? Have had food picked up or been to the restaurant a half dozen times in the past two years. I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. I've ordered other dinners from here. They have all been messed up. Always missing parts of the dinner. Really bad overall experience that has never gotten better. I honestly will not ever consider this place for a meal ever again.
Great service and not too much waiting even though they were very busy. My ribeye was cooked perfectly med-rare and well seasoned.
