Hour before close they was Basically out of everything Including friendliness. Had to redo my order, food wasn't cooked thoroughly.It gets worse, I get to the nachos I ordered, dumped in the bag, what nachos there was I should say, below I'll attach a Pic of the order of nachos I was given.All in all still was pretty terrible, poor service And some of the worst taco bell I've had. Someone needs to come in and clean this place up!!5-2-22 11pm

I boycott taco bell for years because you can't ever remember 1 thing. Jalapeños. I pay for them and yet I never get them. I hate that I love your food enough to start paying for it again. And I've been let down every single time. I must be insane. Here I am in another one of your long drive thrus. Inside is a group of people who clearly do not care for their jobs. This I'm assuming is due to a lack of quality leadership and that rolls uphill in this case. Take accountability and get your business together

Always out of meat. Always slow. Always rude and dont care.. I see all the workers just standing around when I leave the line not receiving any food I want. How are you constantly out of beef? gm and managers definitely don't know what they're doing apparently. Just went there today they say there beef isn't hot enough yet and cash only I asked how long until the beef is ready they reply 30 min.. how it possibly takes that long to reheat already cooked beef I'd like to know. Lol this place needs WORK.

Drive through with only! It would be helpful to know your dining area is closed before pulling in and walking to the door. My family and I were passing though returning from spring break. We wanted to stop to stretch and use the bathroom but found the dining area closed. We did wait in the drive through line for a long time just to get our food without forks to eat our fiesta potatoes…I feel aggravated that I have to go a store to buy forks because the line is so long.Please fix your issues! If people don’t want to work, you are clearly not paying the enough.

Slowest drive thru ever. They take each order every 10 mins. I think employees are very lazy here and just don’t take orders so they can work slowly. Literally took me 20 mins in drive thru with just 2 cars infront of me. Its horrible. I ended up leaving without buying anything after waiting 20 mins.

Well once again this location proves they can only count to 10. Ordered 9 chicken chipotle melts and 2 cheese roll ups only to find that we received 8 of the melts after a 15 minute drive home. I really wish I could say that this was the first time, but this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

Ordered though Uber Eats. Missing a burrito. Ordered Nacho Belle Grande and Cheesy Gordita crunch with ground beef got this. They wouldn’t refund me. Absolute garbage.

My four year old and I waited in line for about a half an hour because they were slow, which I didn’t mind. I choose to sit and wait, no problem. The issue is that after the wait for two Cheese roll ups for a picky four year old, they ruined it by putting tomatoes in it which she then wouldn’t eat. My food was fine and staff was polite. It’s the most simple thing on the menu though. A cheese roll up lol cheese and tortilla. Just watch what you’re doing when you’re making peoples food. Luckily she’s not allergic.

The guy that has been working the drive thru window in the afternoons is great. And the food has been on point each time I have been to this location.This is a location I can recommend wholeheartedly.

Went to go get Taco bell and sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 5 minutes and no response… so I went to drive around the building and it looked like no one was inside but there were cars in the parking lot! Went to Kfc next door and seen other cars circling the building! They are something else nowadays. They are going to lose business this way!
